Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Tucson

On 1/10/21 I purchased some items online from this location. I followed their delivery tracking. About 55 minutes of waiting then the tracker showed pizzas had been delivered. Funny the doorbell hadn't rung. So I went outside to see if they dropped it at door. They had not. Looked around to see if it had been delivered to a other home. It had not. So I called the store and their reply was yes I had to show it delivered so it didn't look like the pizzas were too late. She told me she only had 2 drivers and one was driving a quad. It should be there shortly. I waited about 15 minutes and still no pizza. Called back and was told it is on the way. While I was on phone the pizza was delivered. The lady I was talking to said the website should of showed a 2 hour plus wait on delivery. I replied to her if I had seen that I would of drove to the store which is 1 mile from my home. I asked for a manager and she replied that she was. I ask her if there was anything she could do like a discount or free pizza next time. She said no. The pizzas had cooled off so I had to re warm them to eat. The cookie was hot though. I called in the next day and got a higher level manager that already knew about my experience. He told me he is unable to assist me and I would have to talk to region manager and gave me a phone number. I called the google voice number they gave me and left message. As of today 8 days later no response. Food is good here but service and managements ability to fix problems and keep customer base seems very limited to very restricted. I will not use delivery from here again. If I choose to order here again it will be...

Placed an order online, that was fine. Got my pizza almost an hour later, OK I understand they are busy. Went to eat my pizza, it's ice cold. Go to eat my cinnamon bread, no icing, but it has pizza saice. Not a great first impression. Too bad, I was really looking forward to it. Thanks for ruining dinner tonight Hungry Howies.UPDATE Hungry Howies replaced my order this evening and it was worse than the first time. I will NEVER order from there again. I got an email saying my order was on its way. Twenty five minutes later it showed up. I literally live across the street. I asked the driver what took so long and he said they sent him out with 2 orders. OK I understand that. But instead of him bringing my order first (since it was closer AND a replacement order) he took the other delivery first which was 15 mins away from my apartment. Makes no sense and I am over Hungry Howies. My children said they now know why it's called Hungry Howies....because when you finally get your order it's so cold you don't even want to eat it....

This used to be my favorite pizza place above all the other choices around east Tucson because the service was almost always positive other than just a couple times of being treated rudely by employees but the flavor of the pizza made up for the few bad experiences that occurred occasionally. Now they are in my top 4 places for pizza once I learned about and tasted the quality of food and service consistently provided by Magpies gourmet pizza and wings which has since become and continued to consistently stay my first choice above the others with the quality of ingredients from the dough being produced and prepared daily to the flavor of the sauce that is always made consistently then the mixture of mozzarella and provalone grated every mourning and lastly all the meats that never get over or under cooked with fresh vegetables and produce that is always picked chopped to be as fresh and crisp...
