Tucson Mall — Restaurant in Tucson

super rude and unprofessional staff don’t order from here. this was a while ago but i still remember the absolute scene an employee caused and don’t know if they’re still this way because i never went back after this situation. Basically what happened When i ordered spaghetti and meatballs the man making it never asked how many i wanted so naturally i assumed the amount didn’t matter and they just add meatballs.

when i went to pay the cashier she asked what we ordered i said i got spaghetti and i assumed all the spaghetti came with multiple meatballs so once they finished our order she saw what i had and immediately started to make a scene in front of multiple other people ordering and the people working yelling about how we lied about what we ordered and she charged us wrong due to that and we were so confused because i genuinely did not know they charged you for meatballs.

i asked her what she meant and she just kept reprimanding us for lying to her and how it was our fault she charged us less instead of just calmly explaining what happened.she was yelling and making us look back since everyone had started to look at us and we were holding up the line.

before she could even explain she ended up bringing the manager up to the front making more of a scene and made it seem like we did it on purpose and were “stealing” some god damn meatballs because apparently they charge you for each of them but the one making the food never asked how many i wanted nor told me it was a completely different add on to simple spaghetti. the manager ended up being the one who explained to us. she didn’t have to do all that. she could’ve simply explained it was an add on and how much that many meatballs would cost instead of doing all that and making us look like we purposefully lied to get some free meatballs lol.

anyways the food is mid, wasn’t that good, sauce was watery and didn’t taste well. i just simply wouldn’t recommend due to the staff being rude and...

I've been late with posting quite a few reviews but a few months ago, I had requested a large pepperoni pizza to be freshly for me and my girlfriend where we could eat at the food court and take the rest to go. We were accurately quoted a pick up time so we could still shop while waiting and the pizza was fresh and delicious upon our return. There were napkins and plates, crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese all neatly stocked as well. I am really happy to see Sbarro at this mall's food court! Great staff, clean layout and workspace, and surprisingly excellent quality since I remember back in the 90's!

I went on the 18th of May 2024 and was greeted instantly. The only thing I wish they would elaborate on with their specialty pizza is that it is only a 3 topping for $24.99 to go. When I proceeded to the counter, I had to change to the pepperoni for $19.99. Regardless, the pizza was made fresh and fast and the staff was extremely pleasant as always!...

Love the pizza here but every time i have gone, I am met with a staff that is aggressive and rude. Was there Saturday 3/1/25 and 3/4 of the people there had an axe to grind with me and other customers. The oldest guy there was yelling at adult customers to get in line as if he was herding cattle, the girl behind the counter doesnt understand what a plain slice is and was clearly irritated to be there with her nasty attitude and the guy at the cash register was extremely rude to the woman in front on me in line. The condiments that were out looked old and filthy and the pizza was undercooked. Was there in the past and had the same experience. I don't expect 5 star service at a mall pizza joint but also don't want to leave there feeling like I'm about to fight someone. This is the worst customer service for the 3rd time and will not be returning to...
