I came here today and got a burger and fries and the fries were hot, but I was suspicious of the burger. I noticed that the cheese was melted, but the meat was lukewarm. I used to be a manager at Wendy’s over 20 years ago so that tells me that this burger had already been sitting there for a little bit before it was given to me. I was under the impression that the burgers were cooked order so I don’t understand why the meat wasn’t as hot as it should’ve been. I only ate about three or four bites of the burger before I made the decision to stop because I do not want to get sick. I don’t live in that area of Tucson so I didn’t try and get them to replace it because I don’t know when I would be back. And the young lady that’s working the drive-through has a short buzz cut haircut could be a little bit more friendly. She gave me my items and I was sitting in them in the car and she shuts the window and doesn’t say thank you or having a nice day or anything like that. I know people have bad days and maybe some people are just not people persons but when you work in the food industry, you have to make yourself be a people person. And doing a little bit of cleanup on the products that you sent out the window would be helpful. Nobody wants to get a drink that’s covered in soda. Please wipe off the cups before you give them to the customers. I’m willing to change this review to a few higher stars if management would like to respond to me, but please do not do so with an email that takes me directly to your site where I can’t follow up with anybody. I would need the information to contact you...

Feb'25Update: So we have been using the App and the Drive Thru (DT) for a few months, maybe 6 visits. I usually get the Ceaser, but opted for the Cobb. The Cobb Salad was spoiled...slimy lettuce, pulpy tomato mush, and it smelled like boozy alcohol when opened...just awful. Called right away and Jessica let me drop her name when I returned it the next day. The exchange was very easy, and the salad was good...not as good as the Ceaser, but better than the oops from the day before. (I wouldn't get it again.)
We have a free sandwich in the rewards bank. It is nice to be appreciated for loyalty.
The Frosty Tag for 2025 is a winner. A few bucks (donation to charity! yay!) and you receive a free mini-frosty with each purchase if you show your little tag. It is just enough chocolate, or vanilla, to satisfy my need for sweet...freezes well at home for next day, too. Remember: Wendy's has natural cut fries. Maybe not healthy, but they DON'T coat them with OmG, just what is the coating???, who knows what the special dip is. Stick with Natural...they taste better.
That's my Opinion. I hope the honesty was...
Read moreWendy's is my favorite burger place. Lived a couple streets away from them about 10 years ago. Customer service skills were awesome then About 3 weeks ago, I visited Wendy's at St. Mary's and Silverbell again. I paid $20.00 for transportation to Wendy's. The gentleman who answered drive-through window was extremely rude. Asked him where the dollar menu was, he answered that the dollar menu didn't exist at fast food places anymore for the past 6 years. I told him that the Burger King across from where I live, does have a dollar menu. So, I was offended when he answered, then go to Burger King. I told him he was rude, that I had paid $20.00 in order to visit Wendy's at that location. If I had wanted to visit Burger King, I would have. When we arrived at the window, we paid for our three orders, yet my order had been deleted by the "gentleman". The young lady at window had excellent customer service skills and when I asked her for the name of employee who had been so rude to me she did not tell me his name. We paid & checked our order, to add insult to injury the gentleman deleted my order. The world would be much mbetter place if people like him...
