This place has been downhill for a long time. I use to work here and most the management was abusive and from what I see of short staffed it has not gone away, the food is as everyone has described it for years, I have come in here I admit once for the stupidest reason and I have learned my lesson at least to be careful what you say, it is best to keep the review real at the very least and respectable to the people who are the real victims, I complained over cursing in front of a kid I could not see and when trying to ask my buddy what the other guy was saying which was warning me kid over there an employee decided to interrupt and go off on me for waving her as in I understand and continued my conversation then they threatened a manager, now I will say as clouded as my judgements were that day because I for one never curse around kids and even go out of my way to correct myself that day so many things hurt me and I went off like any normal person but I was wrong to curse however I was not wrong in other statements being the whole world curses and that it should fall on the parent to teach their kids it was a bad thing as I try to do normally and many of my friends can attest to that, I had one bad day, could have been handled on both parts better honestly but now I am coming here to report what really matters and that is that sadly this business has not been good for a while and all the other 1 star reviews with pictures can attest to that as both a worker and customer of past there. I was my honest self here and I hope this review stays up longer than the last. I try to be a good person and fair to all and sometimes this world gets to even the best of us. So I hope you will not look at my past mistake and skim the other reviews here that really should be seen. Now as someone who is respectful and honest I will let you know here I screen shot these for evidence and not just for you guys, I am only back because I had to look through evidence files of other important stuff and found the old review which is why I am here again to both correct my dramatic report from last and to report what the business is doing wrong that it naturally should be doing just fine on, last review was more my mistake and I have even corrected it in real time that I with 4 or 5 others had to break up a cursing argument in front of like 3-4 kids on the bus not long after, I am not bragging either just an example of what reviews can not just do for the employees but also us as customers. I don't want us to be afraid to admit where we were wrong, it has always made me a better person, but I will still speak my opinion on matters that are concerning as well and fast food in general has been very concerning sadly. This and any place is no exception. So this review is more for the business now and other reviews here. Feedback is always important I should know I gave myself some. Maybe some day the world will be better for everyone and we don't all have to turn into bullies for the wrong reason for now though sadly with a clear conscious now I still have to give a low review. Maybe others have really had good experience as well who knows and for that that is excellent but from my experience it is not worth it anymore as well as most fast food places these days now again. Too many hateful biases like mine over taking our clarity and I think it needs to change. We all do. If any made it this far thank you for listening and sorry for the speech but I could not make another review without admitting my faults too within them. Be well and safe all of...
Read moreMy husband went to this location to grab us breakfast. I've been up since 3am, at work by 4am. My husband is DEATHLY allergic to dairy/lecithin! And just doesn't eat condiments.
He first came home commenting how he felt sorry for the woman at the store, around 9:30am. She was all alone, and the lobby doors were locked. We sit down to eat here at home, and I inquire where my cheese is. It's liquid cheese and hardly any on there to make note of. He opens up his breakfast sandwich and it's oozing liquid cheese -_- He goes back, 10am ish, and more people are working. He again asks for his food -- NO CHEESE. This 2nd time he gets back, I have slightly more cheese on my sandwich . . . But sadly, he still has cheese on his.
THIRD time back home, no extra compensation was given for the TWO times he had to go back to get the correct food. When a customer says NO cheese, yes, that does include the liquid CHEESE you put on it. PLAIN AND DRY is something EVERY worker at EVERY fast food joint should understand. Plain -- just the protein; Dry -- NO condiments. NO CHEESE means exactly that, NO cheese, regardless of it's state: solid, sliced, liquid.
We never did get a receipt.
I was really looking forward to this breakfast, but you kinda ruined it Wendy's, and you don't even seem to care. Guess we'll have to take our...
Read moreLast night me and my girlfriend ordered a SIMPLE order of two bacon double stacks. We were given our food and we immediatley noticed the hamburger meat was cold! Thats gross! So we decided to ask for fresh burgers. We went to the window and told the cashier and they said theyd make us two more and to pull around to the front. We then waited infornt of the store and an employee came out and gave us our burgers. After checking them they were litterally the exact same as last time! Cold patties with way too much sauce! Sp we went back to the window to get a refund and the manager came to the speaker and was very rude to us. He said "weve given you 4 burgers now for the price of 2 now leave!!!" Which is also not true because we gave our first two burgers back! Why? Because they were cold! They refused to refund us. Im calling coorporate and making surw other peolple know not to go to this awful wendys. Ontop of that every time ive bought a frosty from thus location its always been melted before they even serve it to me! The arizona heat is no excuse to be serving melted ice cream. Thats all the more reason to have good rerfidgeration and expectiations that customers are going to want actual COLD ice cream when its 115...
