This place is kinda hidden, but what flavors. We came in after doing some last minute shopping before going back to Curaçao. We were hungry so we saw a burger place but then i opened google maps and i see this. Got in, we thought we were going to get some tacos (right, a taqueria). But then we see the menu. It had like 60 things on it. All looked as delicious as the other. We ordered the shrimps a la diabla, pollo asado and carne asada en papas fritas. All of them were amazing! The frijoles refritos were amazing. She shrimps, chicken and carne were awesome. Have you ever been drunk by too much food? Well, we did, but still order some churros, they were delicious. They were like filled with a pudding, still trying to figure out how they do it. The service was also amazing, very friendly and patient and helpful when we were trying to decide. Btw the tortillas are made fresh in front of you. It was an amazing experience during our Seattle vacation....
Read moreI liked this place while on my one week trip to Washington, this place has one of the best aguas frescas de limón con pepino that I've had in a while. It's not too sweet but not too bitter it's just so refreshing and perfect. The tripe tacos are good you can get them soft, or crispy- crispy they hit the spot. Another favorite of mine is Lengua tacos (cow tongue) they were soft and just the right amount of chewy. The place is small and conveniently located near the mall and near hotels. They have a salsa bar which has una salsa de molcajete (mortar stone), salsa verde cremosa, roja, and two others. They also have chiles en vinagre con zanahorias, purple onions with habanero chiles. They also have the coke bottles and other sodas/juices available. They have about three to four aguas frescas too. Oh I almost forgot I love love love their agua de jamaica, once more it wasn't too sweet or bitter it was just perfect. Definitely recommend...
Read moreI had the chorizo breakfast burrito. It was excellent. Typically not a fan of chorizo, but the breakfast style of the burrito made it awesome. I especially love the fact they use real cracked eggs instead of egg beaters. Nice selection of salsas too. Also, they offer $1.25 tacos on taco Tuesday (as opposed to $2.50 on every other day).
Edit: 2nd visit! Had another breakfast burrito (chorizo) and it was as awesome as the first. My wife got the sausage breakfast burrito which is different than the chorizo. It is link sausage patties sliced up, but they have a very slight and delicious spice to them (not as "spicy" as chroizo). It was excellent. We also got 3 asada tacos with rice and beans and they were delicious. They also have a good salsa bar with free chips. They have big 50lb bags of beans and fresh onions. This will be my go to for Mexican food or breakfast burritos near the airport. THANK YOU TAQUERIA...
