Rating it a 2 because the pizza is tasty. However, the customer service and cleanliness barely get a 1. The associates are disrespectful, unhappy, on their phones, talking to each other, taking their time to greet their clients. They’re all very young, which is fine but they have no manners, the one that assisted us was wearing a hat (very unprofessional), he had the worst attitude, you can sense they get irritated that you are making a purchase. Out of the 4 employees that were there talking to each other, one came to help with our order, the kid with the hat was speaking rudely to his co-worker as well. There was food on the floor, and the place looked dirty. I requested to speak to manager (I figured the manager was not aware of the wrong ambience at FOH). The manager comes out and I complaint about the service, how they have to try harder to provide good customer service, I told him about food on the floor…. The manager tells me “thank you” and he tried to walk away, I said to him, “that’s it” is that all you are going to say, no apology, nothing? He said “I thanked you” hahahaha, I am sorry!! The concept is fantastic, but you have to execute. Highlighted Hair guy, he was mad at the world it seemed. It was clear he didn't want to be there. I hope you feel better.
The gentleman with dreads/braids was super nice, and hard at work. Great job my dude. I appreciate your work ethic, and energy.
Unfortunately, the person in pj's who made my pizza grabbed the wrong cheese. I didn't notice it until I got back to work. I tried to eat it, but It was terribly pungent. I had to toss it. Mistakes happen, I completely understand. I've made my fair share.
This was my lunch break, so I couldn't get back there. I'm not sure who runs this location. It seems as though they need additional staff members. The place was dirty, and needed a good wipe down. Some extra hands would help in that department.
That hard working gentleman I mentioned earlier, he's only one person. Build a team around that guy, and you're sure to be successful.

Read moreI recently had my first visit to MOD Pizza, and unfortunately, it might be my last as well. I noticed that the staff seemed disorganized, and there appeared to be a lack of leadership or coordination among the team. When they made a mistake with my pizza order, I politely requested them to make a new one, after they asked me if they should make the correct one, since it was their error and I wanted the correct pizza. It was surprising to see that the CEO/owners were present but did not seem to be involved in addressing the situation. They drove off in their Tesla and didn’t bother to check on their customers.
Additionally, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff members were not very friendly and appeared more interested in talking amongst themselves than attending to customers.
