My first time eating in this establishment my server was Patty, Patty did know me nor my partner that suffers daily with being invisible to people ignorance to the image of what mental health looks like. This was a good day for him sounds and social cues were something we take one day at a time. Today as my partner was looking over the receipt he was having a hard time understanding it, I understood it but I was having a hard time explaining it to him. So I ask Patty for support ( what I needed support with was showing the numbers was right, he has a hard time with regulating after he doesn’t understand something) with me continuing to reassure him he was OK. I waited for Patty to come over. Patty decided to speak loud and clear across the bar to our table that she doesn’t know the prices, which was fine but that wasn’t what I needed her for. As she come over to the table she hands us a menu ( we didn’t ask for ) and replies I don’t know the pricing on the menu. It was clear she was annoyed with what she didn’t understand we needed so I gave her grace, I watch my partner slightly destroy himself because he felt he did something wrong, I smiled at him and smiled at her to de escalate the situation, that was clearly going left because Patty was annoyed. As my partner tried his best to share with her he didn’t understand, in the middle of him talking Patty walks away, and started taking another tables order. Sitting there confused and humiliated there was nothing more I could do than get up and walk away, while taking my partner to the car Patty with a passive aggressive tone and wave and says bye and have a good day. I wanted to get him out of there so we just continued to walk away. This day was horrible and no one should have to experience shame, humiliation, and disregarded because of the lack of a servers professionalism. Thank you to the store manager for hearing me out while I appreciated the humility he showed with holding his team member accountable, Patty is clear that she didn’t feel any empathy with what she did and how she treated us as a unit, because she laughed at me multiple times as I stood sharing what happened and explaining his mental condition to the manager. Sat at the bar and Shayna was so kind and happy and had all good to say about the food on the menu. Awesome, I was excited to start a tasty dinner 😊 First a tap beer.. Everything seemed great to stay to dinner. Calamari, fried pickles were fantastic and thought omg can’t wait for the entrée. The beer was tap Stella which is my favorite. Oh no, Stella was very bitter and by the time I left it smelled like vinegar, yuk !! Ordered a boil, 1/2 lb. shrimp 1/2 lb. black mussels, corn, potatoes in cajun garlic sauce !!!! Now came the even more so disappointing highly over cooked black mussels that were mushy tasting !!! Then the very orange colored shrimp !!! Yes definitely very overcooked !!!! Oh wait , to be fair the potatoes and corn were, OK … I left bagging the left over boil to treat someone on the corner !!!! Shayna removed the vinegar beer, but nothing else. Ok i left and wanted to give management a chance of redemption.. Makayla one of the managers I called and explained very very disappointing meal.. She responded with “bring left overs back” and they would remake the shrimp and mussels… I only asked for a comp for those two items so I could back back another time. $20 I tipped Shayna $8 on $38 tab Bottom line, DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY AND TASTE BUDS AT...

They could not make a modified sampler , my first drink was 75% ice , i am a contractor, I can't stand thst much ice , I want to drink my drink and not in 3-5 swallows , the second drink i asked for it to be well muddled , and zero ice , the girl did not do a good job of the drink , and brought it with ice , then I sent it back , rather than making it well she scooped the ice out and brought it back now only half full , like wtf , I spent 95$ on a fried not boiled sampler , the shrimp were great , but drinks bad , tip was 3$ since I didn't have any ones to pay just the bill .
