I would leave 0 stars if I could. The bed I received is like sleeping on a box spring.
We were told that we had 100 days to return everything if we were not satisfied. That was not true. You cannot return an adjustable base. When we asked why were we not informed that you cannot return an adjustable base. We were told it was in the paper work. We purchased the bed over the phone.
On 4 different occasions we have reached out to the manager Joel. He has told me he would look into it and get back to us. Or he called support and they are waiting for us to call. When I called support they said Joel has not contacted them in any way. He has not helped resolve any of the issues we are having. When we were looking at the bed he offered to come to our home and correct any problem if we had one. We have had several issues with it since we got it. He is now avoiding call, texts and emails. Seems like he was willing to tell us whatever he needed to in order to make a sale. But now that we have it, he is no willing to honor is word or follow up with us!
Responsive air has not worked at all. We had a tech come out and tell us do not use responsive air. It does not work. I called customer service and asked for something to be replaced. The bed is two weeks old and their are functions we cannot use. Their response was "is your floor crooked? Really??? Then they asked other than responsive air not working what other problems are you having. I told them the other issues and they would tell me there is nothing wrong with the bed. I asked them to correct the responsive air issue and they keep asking me other than responsive air what is wrong with the bed. They kept avoiding the fact that responsive air was not working.
Most of the time one side of the bed is very under inflated and one side stays really hard. Even on the same sleep setting. We wake up a few nights a week with the mattress in a V. The middle has collapsed and the sides are up higher and we are both in the middle of the bed.
Then they suggested I upgrade to a more expensive mattress. I asked if that would resolve the responsive air issue. or any other issue we were having. Their response was "I have no idea" but a lot of people like that mattress. Oh and if you upgrade it's final sale on everything.
The only bright spot was Michael. When I called he was very helpful. I wish I knew of another place for him to work at. His customer service is far superior to anyone else I spoke with at this company.
The average time spent on the phone waiting and talking to customer service is 2 hours. I have called a few times and so has my wife. It feels like we have an overpriced air mattress. My back is killing me. We have been getting a massage every week to deal with the pain.

We went to sleep number bed in February 2023 to get a new adjustable Sleep number bed thinking it would improve our sleep and health. First off the bed was Very Expensive! The entire bed with adjustable base came to over $10,000! So were were thinking we would get good customer support and a quality product. Second we were told that the bed came with a 100% Satisfaction guarantee. But when we purchased it the guarantee was for "190 nights" but after we received it customer support said it was only "100 nights" The sales person Nathan Roberts was very helpful but didn't make that clear to us. Third off the bed had a nice feet warmer and let us raise up our head and feet which we loved but the main complaint about the bed we had was the edge or borders of the bed had no support. My wife even fell out the bed twice and she hurt her shoulder. The Edge of the bed is not even firm enough for us to sit on and get dressed. This is something they don't explain to you is that a big disadvantage to these air beds is the "Edge Support" is just not there. We contacted the Southcenter Sleep Number store and they said we had to call the Main Customer Support Number. We called them and they said they can exchange or refund the "Mattress Only" but the Adjustable Base is NOT Refundable. They did NOT make that clear during our purchase. We just couldn't tolerate the bed so we kindly asked for a refund. They came back and took the mattress only but left and disabled the base. So we are now stuck with a $5000 adjustable sleep number base and they even removed the Heat / Foot warmer function from the base! We feel like we got Scammed and We do not Recommend Sleep Number Beds to anyone.

At the store, Sly helped us and was absolutely wonderful. He answered all of our questions, walked us through the features on the models we had narrowed down, and assisted us with testing them out. He was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, which made the buying process so easy and stress-free.
As for the bed itself — nothing short of amazing! My side is set to 65 while my boyfriend’s is at 30, and it’s the perfect fit for both of us. The ability to customize each side is a total game-changer. We were on a softer mattress before, so being able to adjust firmness individually has made a huge difference in our comfort. I even scored a 99 on my sleep score!
The delivery team was also fantastic — polite, efficient, and they gave me a thorough walkthrough after setup. We also love that Sleep Number offers a bunkie board option for platform beds since we’re big on maximizing storage.
All around, we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Great service, amazing product, and the best sleep we’ve ever had....
