Arby's — Restaurant in Tulsa

Ordered food for my wife, daughter, and myself. They got 2 of our orders wrong and when I went back to have them correct it got charged for them to remake one of the sandwiches and the other sandwich because my daughter hadn't taken a bite out of it got thrown away, the little manager girl that argued with me and charged me said that the sandwich that only had a few bites taken out of it was nothing but crumbled up bread but then argued with me and said there was 3 strips of bacon on it. Neither sandwich was made right and have the correct toppings on it. Thank you Arby's and little manager girl for the shittiest service I've ever had in my life. Definitely won't ever go back to this Arby's, but they need to send the little manager girl to learn some respect for others and teach her some customer service. I would rather starve than ever eat here again. Ruined me from ever going back to an Arby's. I definitely should've asked for a refund. Even the remade sandwich wasn't remade right. Worst service, customer service and food I've ever had in my life... Definitely not even close to being worth the $35 we spent!! Avoid at all costs. Now I know why the drive thru and parking lot were so empty. 0 stars is a better rating...

I ordered a free sandwich in the AP . When I went in to pick it up the chicas at the counter acted like I did something wrong and asked the name and why I had two orders (my bf ordered from the AP after I did). Then when I got my order it was wrong. Looked at receipt to ensure it wasn't my error and it clearly read 'BNC'. When I took it back to the chica at the counter and told her it had no cheese she said I didn't specify that I wanted cheese. I have never had any type of ARBY'S training, yet I was quite certain 'BNC' = Beef N Cheddar and when I explained that to her she grabbed my bag, threw the sandwich in the trash, and in Spanish told the cook "QUESO". An elderly woman that was at the counter said, "I sure would've liked even a sample of that!" and chica told her that she needed to leave. I got my corrected order, went to car and got money to buy woman sandwich that chica was mean to. When I got back to counter she was gone. I asked mean chica where she went and she asked why. I don't usually go to Arby's and hadn't been in a while, but since I was hungry and didn't really have a taste for McDonald's, I decided to swerve them and try something from this Arby's location. When I got to the drive through, I was greeted and offered to try one of the brown sugar blt's they were advertising. I hesitated at first, but I quickly changed my mind once I looked on the screen and seen what they supposedly looked like. So I ordered that combo. I had ordered a Sierra Mist to drink and when I had gotten my drink, I took a sip, and it tasted very bland. Almost like soda water with a splash of sprite in it. I asked for something else, a sweet tea. That too, tasted old and bland. My fries were cold and tasted old, not to mention the sandwich was in the same condition,I felt like it was a waste of money. It tasted far from satisfying, and for the money I paid, I was expecting something more appealing to my taste buds. All in all, I was disappointed. I don't think I'll want Arby's a day in my lifetime again. It's not all that. At ALL!...
