Arby's — Restaurant in Tulsa

I've been purchasing meals from this restaurant for nearly two years now. Ive had great meals and great service...as well as... substandard food quality and service. I stopped buying meals because I received cold, hard and inedible fries. I stopped buying roast beef sandwichs for myself, because I received hard ends stuffed into the sandwich meat. I've been verbally attacked just asking for fresh fries from a team leader who denied they "did those things". They had some great young people who were conscientious and I never had a bad meal when they were working. I guess this mean-spirited team leader drove them away. I know she stopped me...I heard she lost her job...not my intent when I called the boss. I tried last night. New people and my fries were cold and soggy. One young man trying to run around did his best. I never saw another worker at the window. My recommendation to corporate would be to shut it down. There is no telling how dirty that kitchen may be. If people have no personal pride...they sure wont care about the Arbys reputation...or, people getting sick. When meat gives my dog the runs...I steer clear of that vendor. I certainly hope that someone takes this restaurant and the employees in hand....

So I found this promotion from Arbys where if you text your zipcode to a number you get a free sandwich from Arbys with the purchase of a drink. I was happy to see that it included the steakhouse brisket, which has 34 grams of protein and 20% of your RDA of iron. Upon ordering, I was very pleased to discover that it was also happy hour and received my small Minute Maid light lemonade was only $1.09! As a cancer patient, I am always looking for high protein, TASTY, nonfried options and this sandwich is pretty much perfect, although I would have been even happier if it had come with a few sweet pickle or bread and butter pickle slices! It took forever to get our food and seeing as how they just stood around playing and talking to each other I figure that's why. I heard entire conversations! I think the lady who may have been the manager she can't control the staff and I sat and watched her wipe down those trays they put our food on with just a rag on each tray then sat them up on counter to go to the next person. I took pictures of how thin and hard the chicken was. The cheese wasn't even melted and the food was ice cold! They weren't friendly either. I'll NEVER go back to that Arbys again! Sadly I've never had a problem before that but it had been months since I'd been in there so I'm guessing...
