Subway — Restaurant in Tulsa

I have to change my review from 5 ☆s to 1☆ because SUBWAY'S that I receive through a delivery service (I'm now unable to drive) are consistently terrible! Tuna sandwich w/mayo on toasted wheat bread is not toasted well, tuna is good, but what I get EVERY TIME SHOULD BE A MAYONNAISE SANDWICH. The mayo is so overdone it gets all over clothing, me, everything. When I've tried to call to request less mayo the 1st time it rang 15 x's. Second time around 50 x's. Third time I tried the catering selection. Again no answer, not even a voice mail! Third time I tried selecting the catering option thinking surely they'd want a large order. Buzzer WRONG! No. I called the main office and after explaining what I needed was a human, not email, figuring the company would wanna know about the bleak failures their mid Town stores were. I explained all the issues to a manager and he seemed to be concerned, assuring me he'd notify the franchise owners. Of course that accomplished nothing. If anything the next order was mayonnaise on what may have originally been bread. Soaked and soggy with mayo! Today I found sandwich heaven. Not just sandwiches but salads, soups, chili, spaghetti, gyros, hoagies, a variety of veggies, breads and cheeses. So bye bye Subway's! You just lost an almost...

So many flies. Fruit flies. House flies. No attempt to cover the veggies, flies crawling all over them. Employees were kind and polite, place was decently clean other than the flies, I paid and left without making a scene, but I threw away the sandwhich, never been to such a gross subway. It is absolutely infested with flies and there is 0 attempt to cover the meats or vegitables. This location is unsanitary. Needs to invest in plastic covers for the meats and veggies (as I've seen at many other subway locations) and some fly traps...

The experience I had with Leisa at the 11th street subway was above and beyond my expectations.

She handled many orders with poise and care. She is very professional and brings a great energy to every order. If asked, she will give recommendations that will knock your socks off, but otherwise you're getting it YOUR way.
