This review is for Mazzios at 4205 S Peoria Ave Tulsa, Ok. Order was delivered on August 5, 2024 around 8pm. We ordered a sub, chicken wings, and cheese sticks. I was eating cheese sticks and marinara when there was something that felt like the teeth of a comb in my mouth. I pull it out and it was splintered chicken bones. We called the store right away to let them know of the issue. The manager responded with “what do you want me to do?” My partner responded with “I’m letting you know so someone else doesn’t get sick.” I think they offered coupons for free food. I woke up sick that night and was really worried that I had swallowed some of the splintered bones. (Luckily, I was better after a couple days and just monitored my stool for blood)We then tried calling corporate but couldn’t get anyone to call us back until my partner threatened to call the health department. They said they would issue a credit for the breadsticks. After several calls, messages back and forth and still no credit, the store wanted to come pick up the chicken bones. We left them in a baggy under the doormat for the delivery driver to pick up. Several more messages sent and finally received the credit on August 26th. They couldn't find my wings and the guy in the back said he made them. He kept fighting with the instead of just making them again. Ten minutes later still no wings. The cook never made them and didn't start making them when he was asked. Finally he was asked again and again he said he made them.
