This time the food was hot and fresh. That only happens at a few Mc Donalds in the nearest 50 miles of Tulsa I came at lunch time. However it was staying a little longer that I became unsatisfied. I expected a cleaner play place being in the middle of the city. Their was hair and crumbs in every crevice at least a centimeter thick. Several crushed juice boxes. They didn't sweep in the drop zone the matted area and their is buildup of dirt a couple inches thick arround all the metal poles. Their is no sighns telling kids they need to wear socks. I kept telling my kids to wash their hands and the bathroom in the kids play area was occupied so my 5 year old ran quickly to the inside bathroom not thinking to put on his shoes. I has a run in with the floor manager comming from arround the counter to disipline my son HERSELF! And to tell me I had to leave because he didn't have shoes on for the brief moment he was in the lobby. Their was other kids comming in and out constantly with no shoes and that was ok. It was just my kid she had a problem with. I was in the process of telling my son that he had to help carry things and clean up when the manager came up to us in the play area so I left a mess that she caused by upsetting a customer that has already had it with Mc Donalds. Now they can have a reason to clean up. I'm tired of my family getting sick from eating in the lobby. Its not worth the play place even in the heat of the summer or the cold of winter. When it comes down to it it dosent save any money because medical bills are very expensive and yes it is very loud. Read moreI almost always do a mobile app at all the McDonald’s I go to. If the weather is terrible, I will go through drive through. I went through drive through and it took forever!! Finally got through, went to first window. Took forever just to get a receipt. Lady was so confused at register. My money usually goes through as soon as I do the app. This time it didn’t go through till I was at window. I ordered 1 large fry and a blue raspberry freeze/icee and a Coca Cola icee. The second window told me the machine for the icee does not work. I said, why didn’t the lady tell me at the window? She said because it was a mobile order. I said, she could have changed it because the money hadn’t gone through till I was at the window. She shook her head no. I said I would like a refund for the drinks, she shook her head no. I said a refund? Money back? She said pull up to the third window, I said no, just give me a Powerade and a refund. She gave me a Powerade, and I said refund? She shook her head no. I said do I get some money back because this is not $4.55 worth? She said manager will come up to next window. I’ve already sat what seems like forever! Anyways, the manager comes up and it’s the lady that is taking the orders!! I said you could have changed it at the first window before you took my money! She shook her head no!! Read moreAs soon as we opened the door there was condiments smeared all over the floor, all but one of the kiosks/menu screens were on or working so we had to pull up the menu online so we could order. Should have been a sign to leave right then. Took a long time for anyone to show up front and I was met with a very cold "whats your order" and not a single word after that. The lobby had several angry people who apparently had to wait a very long time for their orders or to even be acknowledged and a few people mentioned it was always like this. Waited almost 20 minutes for our food and when I went up to the counter to verify the order number the lady just said "no" sternly and pulled the bag away from me. There was an empty TV box in the middle of the store, no clean tables, food and trash all over floor. The burgers were so over seasoned that we almost couldn't eat them. Was hoping this location being rebuilt would mean improvements but it's shockingly worse than before! McDonald's needs to do some major improvements to whoever is running this store and the rude...
