When I went to Sclotzsky's this last time the young woman at the register seemed uninterested in taking our order. When we finally got our orders taken we were told that they were out of sour cream and onion chips which we understood and completed our order and sat down to wait for it to be made. When we received our order everything seemed decent enough and we started eating. About 1/4 of the way in my wife mentioned that she was disappointed we didnt get pickles with our sandwiches to which I also noticed there were none with our order. I was disappointed and went to the counter and spoke to the woman that had taken our order and asked if they still did pickles with sandwiches to which she said "Yes, but we are out of them at the moment". I nodded and though disappointed I thanked her and sat down to finish my meal. I told my wife about what I was told and went to the restroom. When I returned my wife had a look on her face and I asked her what was wrong. She told me the last two orders that came up after ours all had pickles. I looked over to the nearest guest which I had seen getting their order after we had gotten ours a sure enough, there were pickles. I got up and went around the restaurant and asked every guest inside if they had gotten pickles with their sandwiches to which everyone had said yes. Needless to say I was a bit upset, now angry at this point, why did the woman at the counter lie about the pickles. I had a 35 dollar order, the least they could have done was get us pickles but we were lied to about them being out of them. I was so livid that my wife and I left. We tried calling the restaurant to speak to a manager as we were told there were no managers on duty that evening. No one would answer the phone. We called numerous times to no avail. I know it's just pickles and in the grand scheme of things they dont matter, but to my wife and I, who had chosen to spend our money there and were lied to about there being none it was an issue. Who is to say the woman was not also lying about being out of sour cream and onion chips. Problem is those cheap little pickles we were refused cost Schlotzsky's a family of paying customers and I intend to tell all of my family and friends not to go to this restaurant. When it comes to customer service..."Give them the pickle" In not doing so you have lost customers that have been doing business with you for over 30 years and I intend to let all I know hear about this lying practice and help others avoid this same issue from a company that obviously does not care about...

Iâve attached photos, including a previous 2-star review from two years ago. Unfortunately, my visit today deserves only 1 star.
I came in with my son after receiving a BOGO email offer this morning (see attached). We arrived at 10:45 AM and were immediately told the offer was only valid on Wednesdays. I showed the email clearly showing no such restrictionâthen I was told itâs only valid after 5 PM. Again, I pointed out the lack of time limitations in the email. Next excuse: I needed to log into the app.
I tried to do so on the spot. The app wouldnât let me log in. I used âForgot Passwordâ three separate times while standing in front of the employeeâno reset email ever arrived after waiting 8+ minutes. I asked the manager if there was any way to override the issue, given I had the promo email in hand. Flat âno.â
The email didnât say âmust use appââit said âmust use reward.â I had the reward email. It shouldâve been honored.
Extremely disappointed by the lack of common sense or customer service. I wasnât here to cause problemsâI responded to your promotion. It worked. I chose your business today.Insteadd, I was given three conflicting reasons why I wouldnât get what you advertised.
Thatâs not how you...
Read moreI used to live in Catoosa and I just moved over here close to Riverside, on my third day of moving my 4 year old dachshund slipped a disc and is partially paralyzed. Getting out of the house for groceries food or errands is kind a hard due to my dog, ordering in is the best I can do like today. When I placed my order for my zip code and entered my order it showed the wrong zip and wrong location. I called to see if they can deliver or send my order to the location 0.8 Miles alway from me, he put me on hold and came back on to say they are too busy, I hung up on him now I have to get my paralyzed dog ready but luckily my boyfriend just came home from a job to get tools. Asked him to watch the dog so I can go get lunch. I clicked on the address that was located on my order online in my email and it sent me to 41st in Sandsprings. I had to manually put it into realize Iâm on the wrong side of town. An hour later I walk into schlotzskys that is dead with two customers, once I got into my car I started crying....
