Service was horrible. The gal at the register did not greet me or smile one time. She just glared at me. We were the only people there and they had three staff working. I ordered 2 hot choc, 1 cappuccino, and toast with butter and jelly. It took a really long time to get all of it. I got the toast a few minutes after the drinks and the 1 piece of bread was cold so it was difficult to spread the cold hard butter on it. Horrible. I threw it away. I didn't want to bother or interrupt the staff's conversation about their fitness or mental health, to ask for it to be warmed up. Other people came in after us and also had to wait a long time and were treated the same way. When the items were ready, they just announced what they were, no nice comments like have a nice day or thank you, no smile or eye contact, no interactions with customers at all. The coffee was great! The espresso was perfectly made and I was so thrilled to see that they served it with the lid on the side so I could see the latte art!
