Excerpts from Title 26: Acts Prohibited No person shall bring into any park, have in his/her possession, serve, sell or give to another, or use while in a park, any glassware, including but not limited to bottles, jars, containers, drinking vessels, and tableware; provided, this prohibition shall not apply in park areas in the Tulsa Zoo and the Garden Center, around the Gilcrease Museum, or on any park areas which are commercially leased for food and beverage sales.
Tldr: No glass bottles or glassware of any kind at a Tulsa park. It says nothing about alcoholic beverages.
So basically it isn't legal for the vendor to ban outside alcoholic beverages from the Terrace or patio area not connected to the restaurant. Those signs aren't official Tulsa City Signs as the Guthrie Green is a public park.
Other than this illegal move by the restaurant to block people from enjoying their own alcohol in the patio area the park is very nice.

A great place to just hang out and relax in town, and the air always feels clean with every breath you take, and the steaming rock sculptures and the fountain are really cool. Just a really great...
Read moreVery well kept. They always try to make sure they keep the main grass area full of green grass, even though there's tons of traffic on it. It has water fountains (for pets, too!), restrooms during the day or during scheduled activities, a stage, a shaded area with tables in relation to the restaurant, and a nice sidewalk all the way around. Parking isn't too bad because there is plenty within walking distance. They always have tons of FREE activities like Fitness on the Green, movie nights with a pre-show, food trucks, and so much more. Check them out on Facebook. It's a great place for some alone time or family, friends, and even pets! Just make sure you clean up after your pet to keep the place nice and enjoyable for everyone. There's nothing like going to the Bootcamp workout to find doggy poo right where you're doing...
