We stopped by last night after the hockey game. We, party of 8 adults and 3 small children, got there around 10:30 and were immediately seated as it wasn't very busy. My husband had to wait 30 minutes for a water and 2 kids sprites and eventually had to go request it from another server. I ordered a double shot and that wasn't brought out with the rest of the drinks and continued to sit in the well, which my husband just eventually got up to get after making sure it was our table, our friend had already tabbed out and the table numbers matched, and it was on its own separate ticket like it was forgotten about and just rang in. They added gratuity onto the tabs, which is fine but my sister didn't feel the need to tip since it was such awful service. Our waitress, Kate S., who looked like she only had 3 tables, one of which tabbed out during our meal and she sat there talking to them while we continued to wait for our missing items. My brother in laws food came out incomplete and missing half of it. Since my sister didn't feel the need to tip, we were then berated in front of the whole restaurant by the manager, Lucy, told that SOMEONE was going to pay that tip and if we couldn't afford six dollars, we didn't need to come to their restaurant. My husband accidentally cussed in his response and then Lucy decided to go after our parenting style and say that we were awful parents. Lucy continues to follow us into the parking lot and record us while we were off of their property and then followed us to our car while continuing to complain and harass us to pay the 6 dollar tip. My husband is a senior kitchen manager at a very busy, fast paced restaurant and I served at multiple restaurants for years before I had children and we have a pretty good insight as to how they work. Lucy and Kate were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, in my personal opinion. We've previously had wonderful experiences at this location, but we will not be going back. Read moreWe have been here several times and it has been great. Then, we noticed a manager, Abbey. Since she has been there the food has been cold and the service has been terrible. We usually go a few times a week, but it has consistently been bad. We love the atmosphere, but will not be going back unless changes are made. Tonight Abbey remembered us from the last fee times we had been with bad food coming out to our table, and she sat us quickly and ordered our appetizer and brought us our drinks. We appreciated that. However, our appetizer came out cold and we sat for 30 minutes before anyone came to check on us. We waited another 20 minutes before someone asked if we were ready to order. We told them we were going to leave and would not be paying for what we had because it was cold and we did not want to wait another 30- 45 more minutes to get our dinner that we still had not ordered. The waitress told us we were still going to have to pay, I told her that we would not be paying for something we couldn’t eat. The manager, Abbey, came back out and explained she had taken off the appetizer. She handed us a bill for $3 for my soda. When I asked why I would have to pay for a soda, she very rudely said because I took a drink of it. I don’t even think I took a drink. My husband asked who the owner was and Abbey told us and then said he would he meaner than she was. Then when we said he would be hearing about how mean she was, She told us it wouldn’t be right to complain to him while he was mourning the loss of his daughter. Read moreHonestly not great, didn't have a reservation on a Saturday night, my fault but we had never been there & didn't know, so we waited over an hour to be seated, we had a group of 6 so pretty large, we were seated inside & our orders taken quickly, another 20 min for drinks, appetizers came out immediately after, and food at a good time after that, but only a couple peoples, all our food was brought at different times so half of us were eating while the other half didn't have food, my daughter didn't get her food until we were ready to leave because our server said another server took it which I believe, but still unfortunately that no one knew for 20+ min because the kitchen delivered our food & the waitress was waiting on other tables, I dont blame her though, the food was pretty terrible, I got a wrap & couldn't finish half because it was so bad, my sister got a burger & the bread was SOGGY and gross, she only ate the meat & said it wasn't good, the fries were wonderful, we also got frozen flights, most were really good, waitress took off the burger we didn't get till we were leaving so that was nice, overall very poor experience, music was so loud we couldn't hear each other, we split the ticket 3 ways, so 3 tickets with 2 people each nothing was correct & we ended up paying for drink & food that wasn't what we chose, it was a mess. we won't not go back & I advise you not to either, our ticket total for 6...
