FROOT Bowls is a hidden gem that is located in the Center Court Food Hall BOK Tower in Downtown Tulsa. fROOT Bowls serves Breakfast and lunch. There are a wide variety of smoothies and other breakfast items like oatmeal and breakfast burritos. I really enjoy the Peanut Butter protein smoothie. The smoothie can optionally be made with whole milk which is my preference. For lunch, they have soup, sandwiches, and a smashburger. Today was a special day. They started a new service of buying soup by the gallon. I ordered a gallon of vegetable beef soup to have at home for the weekend. It is very fresh and tastes just like I want my vegetable beef soup to taste. I also get the honor of being the first customer to order this and take it home. I can't wait to be able to try another by the gallon. The chicken, mushroom, and rice is another of their great tasting soups. I really like fROOT Bowls and I really think they have the freshest food. Service is always fast and they are polite and courteous. If you find yourself in downtown Tulsa and need a good place to have lunch (before 2pm) then try the fROOT Bowl and have a scenic seat outside during the pleasant weather or inside the nice court. Stop scrolling through your list and eat at this place! I could not find the location due to some nearby construction. I called and the man on the phone who seemed to be the owner gave me directions, stayed on the phone with me until I found it and brought the bowl out to my car! Parking is a pain downtown so FROOT Bowls has curb side pick up. The man told me all about the bowls and toppings. There are so many tasty fresh options. Always enjoy my breakfast from Froot Bowls whether it's my Acai Bowl, Breakfast Burrito (which by the way is under $5), or overnight oats. If I forget my breakfast, I can still get a healthy one from the sweet girls here at Froot Bowls! So glad they are in our building!
