Burger King — Restaurant in Tustin

Alright food that you will regret you ate later on. I have had multiple orders messed up only to get home and find out the only item your girlfriend wanted they forgot (men double check your orders even if your beautiful woman won't want you too when driving away). Normally the manager will say come back and we will give to you no charge (uhm... I already paid for it, now plus time and more gas just for fries?). Not sure they understand I already drove there, ordered, waited, then drove home, couldn't enjoy, and have to come back after I did NOT get what I ORDERED and PAID for. I recently ordered in store with the manager asking if he has a deal showing on the BK app and on TV for $5 (2 for $5) only for him to point to a small line at the bottom of the menu that it's $7 (2 for $7) in store. When I asked if I should order online instead of with him he just pointed to the menu again like I was not a customer in front of him providing a reason for him to be employed. I was polite and not bothered by the extra $2 and the additional app savings that I would have received. Nor did I ask him for the items they forgot to give me that I paid for prior times and told too ask for him specifically (won't call him out by name). I was very non confrontational every time yet we left again asking why we went there. Hello, my name is Yekta 12 years old girl from California I enjoy going to your restaurant but I like to write a review. first thing I like to talk about is your food. I enjoyed Whopper and french fries and along to go with it the soda (Dr. Pepper). But there is something wrong with the soda machine. When I and I'm sure for others, soda machine does not work correctly and good. When you want to pick a soda it does not automatically goo to the one you pick. So please fix it. Another thing, is that your food is incredibility whopping EXPENSIVE. When I get a combo it's nearly up to 22 dollars even more when I want to get one more thing as well with it. And, when I use coupon it does not make any different. The last thing is your TV is incredibly loud. A short while ago, I went to purchase a couple of hamburgers. It was my first time using the Burger King app, and I was not aware that I needed to provide certain numbers before placing my order in order to redeem a promotion.

When I arrived at the drive-thru window, the lady in the attached photo was extremely rude and dismissive, making me feel as though I was asking for free food. She requested the numbers in a very unpleasant tone, as if providing this information was an unnecessary burden on her time.

I would also like to note that the restaurant was completely empty at the time, to the point where her coworker was standing around without anything to do.
