I’ll be completely honest with you. I left on break and I’m one block from this Whataburger I went through line. I was the first one at the intercom I put in an order for one spicy chicken sandwich. I come around the corner and I waited for almost 20 minutes. That’s 20 minutes of my break that I’m not even supposed to be taking because I’m not supposed to leave the property to get just to Get one spicy chicken sandwich I literally just got back to the hotel and I was gone almost 30 minutes for one chicken sandwich. I’ll be honest with you. Y’all need to have managers on Night Shift that actually keep these people doing their job with the quickness and not slow playing. I literally just almost lost my job trying to get a chicken sandwich Through the Whataburger drive there because people are in there, slow plan. Read moreI just left this location. No one was out front so I said hello and a man came out. He was more interested in taking to someone on a radio. Then I said I just want a small drink. He told me the amount and said the the receipt will be out in a sec and walks back to the kitchen. Wow leaves me paying with my card. Bad customer service. This is not the first time though. He might be the rudest person. He is not fit for anything customer facing or dealing with food safety. If you want whataburger then please drive to Troup hwy and Shillh, or further down to The Cumberland shopping center. They will treat you well, and wont mess up a simple order.
