I ordered at this location for the first time and the person on the phone got the wrong order when my brother went to pick it up 20 mins left before Iftar due to traffic. When placing the order, I repeated several times that I needed only 2 combo platters and 2 extra skewers of meat only. The person who took the order was either distracted and conversing in his own language on the other side of the phone before my payment. I repeated the order again and somehow that was translated as 3 platters and 2 extra skewers when went to pick up. The customer service was ridiculous, whoever the person was on the phone did not accept his mistake and yet kept arguing with me while it’s almost time to open the iftar. I was not even asking him to refund or eliminate the wrong platter that was added, but he was extremely rude and did not even acknowledge or apologize his mistake. I eventually had to give up and hang up on him and tell my brother to just bring the food as is. I thought they were going to be better than the Springfield location, hence we ordered from this place. I would never order or dine in at this location. I’ll always go to the sterling location instead which is my main go to especially when people are nice and they give better customer service and know how to communicate. I had 3 experience with this restaurant When i tried first i asked them i dont wanna brown saffron rice because spice is not ok for my stomach at the end they didn’t put white rice and plus they sent me extra brown rice 😅. And i noticed that their salad dressing has dairy and my stomach got really upset that they because i cant eat dairy too also they put half of the meats on the top of the salad. I don’t know why they didn’t send with dressing on side. My second order they tried to follow the instructions there was still brown rice but at least no more salad. My third experience they didn’t follow any instruction I called and said this is wrong and I cant eat it came with salad and brown rice they said sorry and they asked me to order small sauce something like that and they gonna send my order again correct way. They just sent me rice 😂 at the end of the day i paid $32 dollar for rice and edible for me couple meat chunks...

I recently visited this place and had a very unfortunate experience. We ordered four platters, three with chicken and one with lamb. The lamb was extremely tough and not chewable. When we informed the staff, the person who attended to us was very rude and dismissive. We weren’t asking for a refund; we simply wanted to let them know about the issue.

Things got worse when we found a hair in one of the chicken platters. Again, when we brought this to their attention, the same person was not only unhelpful but started shouting at us, accusing us of trying to get a refund for the lamb dish, which he hadn’t replaced. We even suggested him to check the CCTV footage, but he refused to listen or take any feedback.

This behavior was completely unacceptable and ruined our dining experience. We will be informing our friends and family about this incident and advising them...
