had to edit the review because it change from a year your staff are always on phone the girl in the front Spanish girl i think Dominican skinny always has an attitude and has a baby behind the counter where there’s hot stuff music is always loud they take long to assist you because there’s either the one girl with the attitude and the other girl FaceTime with boyfriend as we’re waiting for our stuff on our lunch break from work the girl is not very nice she always has an attitude, and they seem to put the online orders before the the customers only thing is that now you have to buy two empanadas in order to get the orange sauce and if you don’t get the two empanadas you have to pay for the orange sauce you have to pay 25cents i think it’s a little unfair what if you don’t want two empanadas also, I pay a dollar for can of soda in the store next-door and I get charge almost 2 dollars for a can of soda. I’m just wondering why and what’s the difference that a can of soda is 2 dollar's i just feel like we shouldn’t be charge 25cent for orange sauce if we don’t want to buy two empanadas just saying I will continue coming here for you literally need to train your stuff. I wish I could post a photo but this spot is really chill. The colors are contemporary yet tropical themed, easy to read menu above, VERY reasonably priced drinks ($3!), flan is $1.50, empanadas are juicy AF and not too crusty, the $6 chicken salad hit the spot without feeling I overate (I mean it is a salad but enough and not flimsy). I am really happy there is a variety of juices which gives it a cute coffee shop ambiance. I could definitely see teens hanging out here more because of the decor and pricing, but honestly Ive seen all walks of people go in and out happy with their order. I haven't been here much as it newly opened but I can guarentee you I will be coming here waaay more often. And theyre open late! 🌴As a new customer I was pleased with not only the service but the food as well since it was excellent! The girl in the front Sabrina was very friendy/professional & recommended I try a Patacon... it was very FLAVORFUL and apparently there's vegetarian options here too! Its hard to find that in WNY so I appreciated the variety of vegetarian options like Quesadillas, Patacons, Cheese Empanadas🥐, and even a cheese, lettuce & tomatoes sandwhich with extra onions🥪!!
