KFC — Restaurant in Union Township

I am that person that only leaves a review if service and or food is outstanding or a complete disastrous disappointment.. I hate to say it but this is a bad one.. I've been to the Eastgate location 3 times in the last couple of weeks and the first two I left and the 3rd is happening right now while I sit waiting to get To the window to pay for my order.. I've been in line for a good 30 minutes. Close to 20 just to place my order. Now I understand going into it that it takes longer than other fast food drive-thru's because it takes longer to prepare. HOWEVER, that being said, all 3 times the lady taking drive-thru orders has tried talking me out of ordering and leaving!! Seriously! The first two she was successful and they lost my business twice. What pisses me off the most is that I've already sat waiting to order for about 20 minutes when she says, we're super busy, it's gonna be a long wait.. Today I said okay. After that, with a loud sigh, she says are you still wanting to order? I say yes.. Then, after another loud sigh of disappointment that I still wanted to order, she says with an attitude, Okaaay.. Well, I will be back in a few minutes to take your order.. Okay.. I wait. FINALLY, she comes back ready.. I order 2 pot pies and before I even finish my sentence, she Says sorry, we are out.. Someone in the background says no we're not, so I continue to order.. Wait another 10 to get To the window.. Waiting.. Gives me my order which was more than just the two pot pies, didn't ask if I needed sauces etc.. I look and I'm missing part of my order.. I say excuse me?? She walks away talking to other employees and I wait.. Someone else comes trying to give me the order for the car behind me so I explain that out of my $25 order, I am missing just 2 biscuits.. She asks for my receipt which I didn't get and starts arguing, huffing and puffing, and then starts yelling that she needs a manager!! For 2 freakin missing biscuits lol!! The original lady that I had dealt with up to that point comes back to the window And the other girl was telling her I was saying I was missing food and didn't have a receipt so I was like I just need two biscuits! FINALLY I have everything and get my sauces and can leave.. LOL, I know this sounds hilarious and my review is so long and ridiculous but the sad thing is that I didn't even start writing this review until right before I got to the window and finished this entire thing up until the last few sentences before I could actually leave!! Never again.. Popeye's is a minute away and that's where I'll be going from now on unless I actually get a response to this review.. Just crazy.. Rant over lol! I came through there about an hr/2 hrs ago and ordered 12 piece meal and asked for honey. They gave me 11 pieces (so now I can't feed everyone in my house), didn't give me any honey, the Mac and cheese was literally crusted and hard bc of how old it was, they put the coleslaw in the same bag as the hot sides so it was hot and nasty, and I just tried calling 4/5 diff times with no answer. I'll keep calling till I get in touch with someone.

Update....

I finally got ahold of the store manager. The only thing she addressed was the missing piece of chicken and the macaroni. Saying she bagged it herself. And that the macaroni just came up. I don't know if she assumed that I just came through there, but I had been there over an hr ago. No way it had just came up lol. And not to mention it was so old that the noodles were literally hard and crusted. I said it was only 11 pieces in there for sure, because I didn't have enough to feed everyone. She sad she's credit me one piece of chicken. I said I was ok and asked for her name so I could just talk to corporate about it. She refused to give her first name and said they weren't allowed. Which is false. They don't have to give out their last names, but their first names are right on their name tags. She def had an attitude problem. I'm not the type of person to ever get credits, but I just paid almost $50 and got home and everything was horrible and I couldn't even feed everyone. I will be calling corporate. Service is HORRIBLE! The workers are RUDE and extremely LAZY! We had 6 people in our family and waited 45 minutes for our chicken. When we ordered we were told a 20 min wait for our chicken which we said was fine. After 25 minutes we asked if it was done and they told us another 5. After 5 min they told us it was almost done. 46 min in total from the time on our receipt. No cars came through the drive thru (obviously people know not to come here) and 2 men came in to order them left bc no one would help them. We asked for water cups and they said I'll have to check if I'm allowed. REALLY! Do not go to this KFC. The manager is just beyond rude with an attitude. Did not want to give us condiments. Yelled at an employee for giving us 6 plates. THERE ARE 6 OF US. When asked for an Xtra fork we were told I counted 6 when I gave you them. Well one was being used as a scooping for for the sides. I shouldn't have to explain why I need another one. Bathroom and dining room floors were filthy and tables need wiped. And the 3 workers just stood around leaning on the counters doing nothing.
