To start, id like to say I have been a customer of this location over the last 5-6 years. Their current manager, Adam, is alot more personable than the previous manager. My favorite go-to guy here is definitely Travis! He has been the best over the years! There are NO unfriendly faces here! Everytime I'm here the atmosphere is so welcoming!
Their store is always super clean, and the selection is always changing! Literally each time I come in to make a payment they have all new items.
They carry everything from phones and tablets, gaming consoles, washer and dryers -sets or individual, deep freezers, regular fridge and freezers, beds and mattresses, entertainment stands, wall mounting brackets for flat screens, speakers, couches, kitchen tables and pretty much anything you could need for a home. And the items are all new, unless marked otherwise.
I really like their free delivery! In most cases they can deliver it the next day. This is great living on the 3rd floor! Also, if your purchase gives you any trouble at all, they will service it free or charge and/or replace it if necessary. But I have never had an issue! Never!
They have great payment arrangements, you can pay weekly, monthly, whatever works for you. If something comes up and you cannot afford to make your payment for a little bit, just bring it back, or call to schedule a pick up. Dont worry! They will freeze your payments so you can pick up where you left off.
The compliments on my high top table with wrap around bench have been never ending. Its the first piece I brought home from RAC, and honestly I couldn't be happier! I have never come across another like it. Some of my other purchases have included a 55" Samsung 4k curved smart tv, Nintendo Switch, wireless smart Samsung Bluetooth surround sound speakers, among other things.
I love that I am able to afford the big ticket items without having to spend a boatload at one time. No credit checks, no hassles!
Its been my best kept secret! I will definitely continue to be a customer here. Definitely money...
Read moreThey have some great merchandises. Just the customer services are terrible on their part. When discussing to make agreements, they’ll tell you one thing then something else differently and still keep charging you after both parties agreed and the said payment dates. I simply asked to change my payment dates to 17th of every month. Instead their “AUTO PAYMENT SYSTEM” still charging me every 3 of the month with full payments of every month instead of the 17th. Asking them to turn off “Auto payments system” which they “CAN”T” because it’s a requirement to have that when purchasing their merchandise. Never again will I purchased anything from this store after I pay off these merchandises. They’ve may worked well with other customers on their situation. But they didn’t work with me on mine. Favoritism much on some of their customers based on their looks and personality much!? Unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere. Better off going to Furniture Fair or Value City Furniture, least you’ll have better customer service than here. I’ve shopped at Furniture Fair and never had a bad customer service experience...
Read moreFirst off, the company went to deliver my item one day & since I wasn’t home at the moment they took it back to the store & were unable to deliver it that day. But then, they ended up calling me wanting a picture of my lease & my landlords number & information, proof of income & proof of identity. They were okay with delivering my item the first time without any of this stuff but, they wanted to make a huge deal about it the second time? So, I sent in proof of EVERYTHING MULTIPLE TIMES to the email they provided me! They claimed they never got the emails but, it’s funny because I emailed them a few days after being told they no longer wanted to rent to me letting them know I would like my money refunded to me since I never once owned the item. I am STILL waiting on that refund too. & for some reason I keep getting calls from this place talking about a Jessica when my name is Destiny....
