Food isn’t bad and staff is very friendly, but everytime I go in, they don’t have everything I want. I understand being out of stock of items, but it being a recurring problem and leading me to never get exactly what I want is a little off putting. One time they only had alternative milks available, which again is not a big problem, but to then charge extra for the alternative milk because they didn’t have regular milk, makes the situation an issue. Another problem I have encountered is the store not being open at the correct time. This has happened multiple times to me, the first time I came about 10 minutes after they were supposed to be open, so I waited outside. People are late so not a big deal as I was also there very soon after they were supposed to be open. When the workers showed up tho, they said “oh yea we don’t open exactly at the time that’s posted”. Run your business how you want, but causes you to be unreliable. Then today, I came an hour and a half after they were supposed to be open and it was closed with no one in sight. Again I understand things happen but this being the second time they haven’t been open is leading to my bad experiences outweighing the good. Again great food when they have what you want, and great service, just poor business management...

Reading the reviews, I decided to give them a try. Service was good and fast the only problem is that they had an incense stick lighted in the store. It was very strong for a place with fruit as their main ingredients. The incense was by the wall where there was baskets filled with incut fruits. As far as I know that is a no- no in the food industry. I know since I worked in the food industry. Came home with a big headache and my clothing smelling like the incense. Also, my drink tasted like the incense. Would like to go again, but if they are going to use incense around their food ingredients then I would recommend a pass. I'm not being critical. This place makes me sad. I'm sure you've experienced this before: local business makes a dynamite product only to have trash tier service. Seriously, the juices are exceptionally good but they seem to have an issue with opening, literally. I don't know if they're experiencing staffing problems or what, but the hours on both the door and Google are useless. As a matter of fact, I don't think I've actually seen this place open since the first (and only and probably LAST) time I patronized them. Truly lamentable. Hopefully they'll get their act together, but I'm not holding my breath. Maybe the Kenilworth location is not as dysfunctional? I dunno, but for now I'll just give my smoothie/juice money to...
