I’ve always had a good experience at this McDonald’s. The workers have great customer service. And they get you in and out of there quick. Never had to wait more than 4 minutes. Well, yesterday on a Sunday morning I stopped to get breakfast for my children. Almost every Sunday morning for the past couple of years I would get them breakfast there. This one particulate morning I was there and after I paid for the food and went to the next window the supervisor came to the window and asked me to go park at the side and wait because I ordered 9 mcmuffins. So I did I problem I’ve done it a bunch of times. So I waited and waited and two other cars come park waiting too. After like 8 minutes I send my son in there and the lady said the food is almost done. He waits in there for another 5 minutes so I go in and tell him we got to go. The lady says of ma’am it’s almost ready. So I go in the car and wait. After about 15 minutes I go back in and she says almost done it’s really almost done. So I go back in the car and after 4 minutes I go back in and she says, do you want your money back? After I have waited almost 20 minutes. I was late to where I was going. My kids were hungry expecting there breakfast and she waits 20 minutes to give me a refund. And she gauge food to other 2 cars that were there after me and they left. And I was still there waiting. I asked her if I could just buy 4 sandwiches cause my little one were hungry and I didn’t have time to stop at another place. And she gave me 2 and didn’t wouldn’t take my money for it. I’m not the type to put in a complaint but I was very disappointed. I don’t think she had the right to decide for me how long I had to wait. If she would’ve told me in the beginning it was gonna take 20 minutes or so, I would’ve went somewhere else. But she made me wait kept saying your food almost ready and then at the end asked me if I wanted my money back. So I just sat there for 20 minutes wasting time. I was late to where u was going. My two little ones got to eat the 2 free sandwiches but the rest of the family had to wait til lunch time to eat. I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years. Communication is key! If she would’ve just told me she was super busy and it was gonna take awhile I would’ve understood and left. Here's a clue. When people ask for crispy fries it's not because they want "fresh food". It's because they want crunchy fries as soggy ones have a gross texture. Well-done fries stay crispy when they get cold. I had to throw out two whole large fries because they were gross.
Management, here's how you tell if your workers are doing their jobs ot just pretending to be good workers when you are around. Get someone to go through the drive through and ask for well done or crispy fries. If your employees don't make those fries crisp, fire the person responsible for making that order. If the person ordering knows their fries weren't made crisp because their fries were ready to quickly thre person at thre window tries to argue that they are crisp out fresh, fire that person too. But got charged separately for the small OJ. So I got charged for an included item. If I had selected an latte, frappe, or large OJ then I would been charged separately. He tells me the small OJ is separate charge but when I showed him that in the app it's not a separate charge it is included he tells me no a only if you get regular coffee or soda. And I again pointed out yes or a small OJ. So he tells me the app is wrong. LMAO this guy's is an idiot. I contacted Corporate. And called to speak to the manager and he answers the phone tells me the manager is not there and hung up. But corporate said yes that I was correct. No shit... Update 2025.... Now why does it say they are open 24 hrs.... When they are NOT ... They do not open until 6am.... This is why Jack I'm the box lost so much business and ended up closing so...
