Drinks were OK, restaurant looks great, but the service was the worst Iâve ever had at any Starbucks in the United States. I placed a mobile order to come and pick up. I pulled up to the microphone. The screen was completely black, looked like it was turned off, and no one was saying anything. I thought âOK, no big deal, thereâs only one other car here, Iâll just pull up to my window to pick up my order. No sense sitting here at a broken microphone.â I get to the window and the girl working the window at 7:25 AM 9/16/2023 had the most rotten attitude Iâve ever seen in my life. I would post her name, but I donât know it because I didnât have a chance to see her name tag. Youâll know her because sheâs blonde and her teeth look like theyâre rotting out of her skull. Anyway, first she tried to scold me for not waiting longer at her broken, turned off microphone. Like, how long am I supposed to wait at an all black microphone where no one is saying anything? I tried to explain to her that no one was saying anything, and no one else was in line anyway. But this little 20 something year old girl kept trying to berate and basically insult me. Finally she asked âWhat can I get for you?â, I showed her my mobile order, which she ran and got and almost threw the drinks at me. She was like, REALLY offended that I didnât sit for 5 minutes at her broken microphone. I needed a cup holder, but the experience went so badly so quickly, I just said forget it. I own a business that is heavily reliant on customer service. This girls attitude was so rotten I would have fired her on the spot. I know she doesnât care. Sheâs the type to think âWeâre Starbucks. I donât care if you ever come back, weâll be fine.â And they will. But Iâm still leaving this review because ultimately it does you no good to have a beautiful restaurant and good products, but then rotten, snarky, and rude employees. How about you put a sign on your microphone that says âScreen broken,...

Welcome to the Starbucks Black Hole Experience, where time dilates so profoundly, you enter the line clean shaven then might emerge with a full beard or, in my case, a 10-year-old son on the verge of manhood. We ventured in seeking coffee but left questioning the very nature of time and space.
Let me set the scene: Itâs bustling, the atmosphere is cozy, and the lighting perfectly complements your existential crisis as you wait. My son and I love this place for studying and working, but little did we know it would become the backdrop to our coming-of-age novel.
Buyer Beware: If you expect to receive your overpriced cup of caffeinated bliss within the normal 5-10 minute Starbucks window, think again. In the time it took them to prepare two drinks, I could have driven to the Horsham location, waited in their drive-thru, grabbed my order, taken a scenic drive past the local park, and made it back just in time to still be waiting here.
Actual Wait Time: 30 minutes for two drinks. Yes, you read that correctly. If I had brought a sourdough starter, it would have been fully proofed by the time my coffee was ready.
But hey, the vibe? Stellar. Great lighting, comfy seats, and the perfect place to reflect on life choices. Just donât expect the person making your coffee to share your sense of urgencyâtheyâre probably busy handling drive-thru orders first. Because, apparently, people waiting in cars take priority over those of us who dared to walk in.
Pro Tip: Grab your drink from the drive-thru and then come inside to hang out. Thatâs the real...

The problem was that there were only three baristas working. They were overworked and honestly Starbucks doesnât pay enough for the pressure theyâre under. I waited 18 minutes for an iced grande oat milk, Matcha. I honestly thought I was forgotten about. When I walked in the store, there were two cars at the drive-through. One customer in front of me. I saw six cars at least Service through the drive-through before my drink was made. And then a couple of customers that came in after me received their drinks before I did. Iâm not sure how your queue drinks anymore. I realize MOBILE orders and drive-through are far more important than the people that take the time to get out of their vehicle or walk to your store, but Starbucks needs to do something about this and they need to make sure each location is staffed fully , itâs far too much work for three people. I feel terrible for them Starbucks you make enough money to spend a little extra to make your employees less stressed and...
