Horrible experience. where do I start? We came on Monday night, I understand they open six days ago, but it was not busy whatsoever, literally. The server Came around at the beginning to get the drink order and then disappeared on us for our entire visit. I had to flag down a manager, after explaining that we never got the bread for our meatballs ( which was a four dollar up charge ) and my drink has been MIA for about 15 minutes to 20 minutes as well as the server, meatball All he could say was, I’m sorry we’re new. I said you’re not even busy!!! He asked if we still wanted the bread as the meatball plate was completely gone! He was very nonchalant about the whole situation. The food was way overpriced for the quality of it. My Daughter ordered the Buttermilk chicken sandwich and it was disgusting. You get chicken fingers on a sandwich. We spent $130 with a drink and the meatballs comped, but it wasn’t even worth that. Towards the end of our visit, a new manager, a female manager came over to assist. It’s like they don’t even care that their customers are upset. We will definitely NOT be returning. When you have to flag down your manager, just pay a bill or get a drink get a refill soda. Opening day was purely extravagant! The welcoming comittee of hosts were very cordial, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere as I braced myself for the experience. Sam waited on me at the bar. She did a phenomenal job. Service was superb. The engagement of a dialogue was wonderful. She was knowledgeable of the menu, providing me excellent recommendations for food and drinks. I was stoked to see her as well as Kelsey, who attentively stopped by periodically regarding my first time experience. The concise conversations made it a delightful evening, which sufficed to my liking. It made my experience pretty entertaining. I recommend to ask for Sam and Kelsey. They’re an amazing duo. Kudos to the culinary team! Outstanding performance. And to the management team, hi-fives all around the board for a successful operation and highly anticipated grand opening....

Came here for an impromptu date night and had an AMAZING experience. First and foremost, Keenan was an excellent server. He asked the perfect questions to get an idea of our preferences and then offered great recommendations — none of them missed. I had the drink, entree, and the dessert he recommended! They were all fantastic. My boyfriend and I had also decided on the 50/50 appetizer (which Keenan coincidentally recommended as well). The atmosphere was great — bright but not too much, there was still “mood” lighting. All the drinks and food were delicious.
