Our experience today was horrible!!! We have an error once & it was fixed immediately. Tonight was error after error. When we started ordering the cashier was right because our daughter doesn't like the bread that comes with the veggie burger. He asked an employee how to sub the bun? Then the cashier proceeded to do his job great!
My daughter immediately saw it was the wrong bun. She didn't want to say anything but i insisted because i knew she want going to eat it. The same man that changed the order says he was trying to make it cheaper otherwise it would have been an eztra $2. Shouldn't you allow the customer to make that decision? My son n law asked for mushrooms on the side. Who serves ice cold mushrooms? Yup my husband a prior su? chef was shocked! To top it off I HATE ONIONS!!! I can cook with it, makes food tasty of course but God forbid i take a bite of an onion(Childhood issue)!!! Yup I took a bite & grilled onions were everywhere!!! Why? My sweet potato fries came luke warm. This was my st timw ordering them. Lets not forget we spent over $40. Whether i spend $4/ $40/ $400 i should get what's ordered. This was not acceptable period!!! He came & said he didn't know what happened? My receipt was right except for the veggie burger of course. Ok so you gave me a coupon i had to ask for with the bun issue. I would have expected to have the money refunded at that point don't you? I didnt eat my burger, I was to grossed out. My daughter was mad that everything went wrong & ate a little bit. So in between our burgers going back and forth all the fries were cold, our sodas watered down....
Read moreThe food is great, I absolutely love this place and go there all the time but the lady who works at the counter during the Friday, opening shift was so rude last time I went there. She didn't even say any greeting words or even make eye contacts with me, I said thank you multiple times but she never said you're welcome a once. She didn't even give me the soda cup (it's hard to imagine that she forgot because she gave soda cups to everyone else who ordered right before me and after me) so when i went back to ask her for it, she didn't turn around for good five minutes and there was no customers waiting at the register so I don't know what took her so long to turn around. Even the cook told her that there's a customer waiting and she never turned around. Also asked for 3 forks and knives and she only handed me one set when she clearly heard 3 sets of forks and knives please. Overall the attitude that she was giving made me feel like I wasn't welcome there and it's not like I was rude or anything. I try to be nice to people who works at the register because I was one of them and know how bad customers treat them but at the same time I shouldn't be treated with such...
Read moreHaven't been back in many months because during the Covid, we tried to eat outside there, and the tables were filthy. Decided today, we'd try again since we'd be inside dining. Walked by the outside tables on the way in, and they still looked grimy. Tried the mango shake. Tasted just like vanilla. What's with no little paper or plastic "boats" to set your burger on or to eat over? Why not double wrap the sandwiches like some other restraunts, so the outer wrapper can double as a mat. Better yet, provide little mini, individual paper placemats? When I asked for something, they said the company didn't provide anything as a matter of policy! So I asked for a fry container. It worked, but how ridiculous! I've always order the portobello burger. Today, three of us did. One burger had slices that may have equaled half a good-sized portobello.
