If I could give zero stars I would! I have been coming to this location for years. It feels like they make the drinks wrong on purpose there. And if you ask them to remake, you get a attitude! God forbid you do your job correctly that you signed up to do! If you hate it there, go somewhere else! Plenty of jobs! And if you place your drive thur order to soon, they get a attitude about it. The old lady in the drive thur yelled at me for getting in line to soon. Today I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and got the wrong order! Drink was absolutely horrible! $15 in the garbage! And please, the chick with the beard, either shave it off or put on a hairnet! Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary! I won't be back. I'll take my money to the one on Calumet.

There is something to be said about the convenience of Starbucks. With them being everywhere, it makes it a reliable source of consistent drinks, which is a boon for plant-based individuals. For instance, I ordered myself an Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, which comes vegan by default. It’s always nice to order from a place without needing to adjust! The drink itself is a nice blend of sweetness without sacrificing the coffee flavor completely, which is something I prefer in my coffee beverages. That little bit of blonde roast you can taste on the end is the perfect note to keep me moving at work. Definitely would recommend on a hot day!

Ok, so the barista was so nice and helpful. If was having a really off day and she really made it easy. I asked for tea with peach. I needed refreshing. She offered to put lemonade in it. Sounded great. She was dead on what I needed. Hit the spot. The wait for my order was a bit longer than I would have liked, but they made up for it in kindness. This barista had a ton of pins on her hat and apron. If she sees this THANK YOU! ❣️

the employees at this particular Starbucks are the absolute best!!! BUT!!!!!! Today 5-22-20 at 3:40pm I was in drive thu, with 5 cars in-front of me, and cars rapidly adding up behind me. NOONE came to the speaker, and no one was at the window! Apparently, noone was inside!!!! My issue is, if noone was working (for whatever reason) why didn’t ANYONE think about the customers, (you know like the one that goes to drive thru at 3:40 to get to work at 4:00pm) DIDNT PUT UP ANY SIGN (hand written who cares). Just something letting us know you weren’t going to be serving anyone. NOTHING. Instead, let customers waste valuable time, By the time it was MY TURN TO THE SPEAKER it was 4:02 i kept yelling hello, and honking hoping someone would respond. Again, nothing. I used to come to this location frequently, but in the last few months I have had nothing but rude attitude be given to me and I’ve had enough. I came through the drive through at 8:55 pm thinking they closed at 9:30 and I said “oh my gosh I’m so sorry I didn’t know you guys were closing” and she said “yeah well you have 90 seconds to order”. I felt like that was so rude and I began to order and said no never mind I don’t want to impose and she said no need for the extra hub hub just order and I was extremely insulted.
