Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Vancouver

Yesterday, Friday, we stopped to get a coffee after shopping. 3 cars, maybe 4 lined up. No one outside to take orders as usual. Finally, after about 5+ minutes, a young woman came out and took an order from the car in front of us. She had another girl in tow, obviously training. When we got to the window, there were at least 6 young people talking loudly and laughing. Although there were masks, there was no so I'll distancing. The shack was so packed, the barista had problems fixing our drinks. What should have taken 5mins tops, ended up taking about 10 mins. Coffee was way too sweet. I've always had great service here in the past, but not yesterday. But I'm far more concerned about the lack of respect...

They have great coffee and chai vanilla latte tea. The location as in town is convenient but just trying to wait to get in is dangerous and cause a bit of frustration . You are waiting in the main place people drive thru to other places and so if you went across from it, so you are not blocking people, others will cut in front of you thinking you are just pulling out from the stop sign from parking lot. Needs to be in a bigger spot. Especially since it is always so busy. Just like the one of 105th and Mill Plain which the location is great but it is the same very small area and have to block traffic to get in to get up to the window while waiting to get your order. if i had the option to rate this place with 0 stars, i would’ve without hesitation. this is by far my least favorite dutch bro’s location in the general area. the worker’s are unprofessional and disrespectful. i’ve had my fair share of issues with this location prior to tonight, but this specific one deserves a complaint. before i went to dutch bro’s, i went to my ATM and pulled out $80.00 for shopping purposes. i decided to stop at this dutch location. i paid for two large green teas with one of the four $20.00 bills the ATM gave me. the worker claimed i paid with a $10.00 bill and that i only got $1.00 and some change back. they attempted to offer me a “free” drink...
