I normally love Mod, really pretty good pizza, people are normally great, and when ordering online, we usually get our food and go right on time.

We ordered online on a Friday - 6 pizzas. The app told us to be there in 25 minutes, so that's when we went. When we got there, they were busy, but not overly so. We checked in and were told they were running 20 minutes behind. Ok, no problem, we had no problem relaxing for a few.

After 40 minutes of waiting, we checked in again, and were told they were just running a few minutes behind, but our pizzas were coming out in a few minutes.

We waited in the restaurant for a total of an hour past when they said to show up to pick up our food (so almost an hour and a half after ordering). If I had known it was going to be that long, I would have cancelled the order and been fine. But we waited because we were told it was only going to take 20 minutes. To rub salt into the wound, all of the orders that were going out while we were waiting were people who had ordered after us.

So, general advice is - do not make larger orders on busy nights (if you consider 6 pizzas a large order) - they will shuffle you off until later, not communicate well on timelines, and really just leave you hanging. But, they gave us 1 free no name cake, on an order of 6 pizzas, so...

I LOVE the concept of MOD pizza, and I love the other branches, but this has, by far, been the worst branch for me. Like any other MOD, their ingredient selection is top-notch. And most awesome of all is how you can have as many toppings as you want for the same price. So there are a lot of options, even if it's just a pizza place. You can change up the sauces, meats, cheeses, as long as they have it. Any other place overcharges per topping and doesn't give you enough. Service also tends to be pretty fast, and almost always friendly.

However, my pizzas are usually a bit greasier and moist here, as compared to other MODs. Also, I had a pretty bad experience at this particular location last week. I ordered my pizza ahead of time online and arrived after my martial arts class two hours later to pick it up. One of the workers seemed to be doing nothing and just on her laptop, and the other two were just straightening up (even though the restaurant was still messy). When I came in, they looked like they got caught off-guard and then rushed to prepare my pizza, and two other orders that seem to have been placed. This is just unprofessional, in my opinion. They weren't even apologetic about it.

In the future, I'll probably just drive a little farther to the other location...

Visited this location a few days ago and was surprised by the employees inconsiderate attitudes behind the counter. I stood in front of the counter waiting to order for probably about five minutes without one of the employees even acknowledging I was there. Then the person adding toppings to your pizza just took my pizza and gave it to the other person to the oven without even asking me if I wanted toppings (yes I ordered a custom MOD pizza, but luckily I stopped the person and told him I wanted toppings). Finally, when the pizzas were complete the employee running the counter where they box the pizza and add any finishing sauces didn’t even ask me if I wanted some sauce so I had to ask myself, and she just had a huge attitude about it like it was such a big hassle to do. This is your job, if you don’t like it get a new job.

The pizza itself was fantastic as usual. Just really poor customer service that day, I guess everyone wasn’t in the mood...

I was not happy with this order since the salad received was bad. We ordered from here since the last time everything was great, but this time when we received our food, we received a bad salad. I work in a restaurant and know when lettuce is RED, it means the lettuce is bad and should be tossed, but nope, the one I received was so red and passed that even some of the lettuce was squishy and smelled off. Very upsetting! Also, our pizza was not even cut right as well as pizza was burnt on the bottom. Total ordered seemed sloppy and whomever was working was just trying to leave for the day than putting the customer first. I guess it all depends on who is working because like I said, my last experience was better than this one for sure.

Took my 82 year old father here for the first time. We were greeted as we were coming in and were told thanks for coming in as we were leaving. Great group of people working here. They were patient with our choices and offered suggestions. Our pizzas came out quickly and tasted great. Even tried a BBQ drizzle that gave it a great twist. Have visited once since then and again had a great experience. Keep up the great job.
