Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Vandalia

November 6, 2020 approximately 5:15 to 5:20pm: I witnessed one of your employees operating a large Black Chevrolet Tahoe who was speeding in a 35mph zone. I watched in shock as the driver raced past several vehicles doing approximately 50mph. I know it was a Domino's employee because of the company logo sign attached to the roof of his/her vehicle.

The part of Vandalia in which he/she was speeding through was between Grosbeck Street and East National - the posted speed limit in this particular section of town is 35mph. There was heavy traffic on both sides of the road.

I called to inform the store manager and was told that this employee has not had any issues in the past but that the manager would address my concern to the employee.

Speeding is dangerous for obvious reasons. I should not have to explain why you shouldn't be speeding. I don't care if you're late delivering a pizza. It doesn't matter. It's a good way to end up in an accident or worse.

We've ordered from this location several times for the past several years -- hardly any issues but this leadfoot employee of yours is very concerning to say the least. If he or she will speed down National, I'm sure they will speed down a quiet neighborhood street and could run over someone's child or pet. SLOW DOWN! Follow the posted...

I've spoken with 3 people out of our whole transaction, Meech(hope I got that right?), Will, and Tonya. Each one was fantastic. We had a small issue on our order, and they handled it extremely professionally, and offered us a credit. As of writing, it's memorial day night and they were absolutely phenomenal even though they were slammed.

Bonus points to Tonya though, she was extremely friendly!

Will was awesome as well! He answered the phone, heard my concern, and did not put any stress or accusations on me!

Meech was great too, I didnt get to talk to him, however they offered me more than I expected and that was a nice touch.

This has got to be one of the most consistent dominoes around! These good people have been feeding me yummy hot delicious food for yrs now!
