This is the worst location we have ever frequented. Years ago, they were phenominal, however, due to new staff, it has gone down drastically. The supervisor, Ethan, is rude and arrogant. We ordered 7 sandwiches that cost over $120. When we got home, NONE of them were labeled so we had to open every single one until we each found ours. There were two bags, but instead of putting the hot sandwiches together and the cold together, they mixed them in BOTH bags. I called to let them know that this was not the first time this had happened and Ethan cut me off before I even got through a sentence. He gave me lip service saying that they must have been busy so they didn't have time to label the sandwiches. There was NO ONE ELSE in the store when we picked up the order. The people working were rude as well. I didn't even bother calling the next day - this has been the norm for months now. Several locations have come and gone over the last ten years, I am SHOCKED that this one is still open. The girl who’s checking temp of meat, telling people to clean (with the gloves they’re making sandwiches on) is distracted and a mess. I’m paying and the guy says to the person who ordered it will be just a minute and the girl down the line says she’s working on it. Great. Then the girl I’m assuming is the manager says “it will be ready closer to 6:40, tell him that.” So they tell him that a few minutes later. I speak up and say you should make it now.
