I usually get to this place before they open around 4:30 to 4:40. (They open at 4:45 to the public). I always order a ham and cheese croissant with jalapeño. At that time I’m expecting them to be fresh out of the oven (since there’s an employee working there before I even get there), but instead I’m given a cold croissant.
