This is genuinely the first restaurant I left and thought “I should write a review” but here we are. This place is top of my list. Me and a friend were doing a bike race in vernal and needed a place to eat before we headed out, and we decided to check this place out for lunch. We were a bit unsure seeing it was in someone’s front yard. We walked up and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I ordered pad Thai and my friend ordered chicken chicken satay. We sat down and one of the tables (with an umbrella, which was VERY helpful seeing as it was about 90 degrees outside) and saw the little motion pond with the bamboo poles. I personally was in a trance staring at it until our food was called. The wait was about 10 minutes and I was suprised. We got out food and sat down for a minute. The chicken satay was perfect and the peanut sauce perfectly paired with it. My pad Thai was great. Amazing flavor and the noodles were great. Chicken was perfectly cooked, same as the satay. Perfect amount of food, too. Enough leftovers to have a decently sized meal, and not to much. We left feeling extremely satisfied. Next time we come to vernal, we will definitely be coming back. This place felt like a family that liked to cook that decided to start a small restraint. Love this place to absolute bits, I have genuinely...

In town for a few nights for work and decided to try this food truck. YOU MUST EAT HERE!!! You will not regret it. This is by far the best food I’ve eaten in Vernal and no joke, some of the best Thai food I’ve ever eaten. Frame of reference: I eat Thai food frequently and have eaten at a large variety of Thai restaurants across the country. The owners are very friendly, the place is clean and well run and there’s a nice ambiance for the short time you’re there. Lots of outdoor space to eat if you want (it was 30 degrees so I took it back to hotel). The food was ready quickly and they have a pager system, which is nice so you don’t worry about hearing that your order is ready. I came back the next night to eat here again and will probably eat here every night that I’m in town for work. It’s that good! I also really appreciated that they made it actually spicy when I asked for the upper range (4 out of 5) and not just tamed down Utah white guy spicy. But the spices were so well balanced and blended that it didn’t burn or hurt, it just added to the flavor and overall top notch experience. My only complaint is that this truck isn’t located...

This place was amazing! Stopped by on a road trip with my mom because we saw it was highly rated online, and boy, are we glad we did! The options were plentiful for meat-eaters and plant-based alike, with pictures so guests can see what to expect from their orders. We both had the cashew stir fry with tofu (spice level 2.5/5, which did feel like a solid medium heat) and shared a plate of mango sticky rice. The food was thoughtfully prepared – made to order – and, as previous reviews have mentioned, they’re plated beautifully despite the fact that they’re served in to-go containers. Chatted with the owner at the end to thank him and let him know how delicious the food was; he was very kind and even convinced us to try some Thai beverages which we both ended up enjoying. Right now it’s a cute little food truck with some fenced-in outdoor tables available, but the owner told us to come back and visit once the restaurant moves to a brick and mortar location, and I sincerely hope we get the...

Update: I went back and talked to them. They were super nice. The paste/base of the curry is spicy so just be warned. We ordered pad Thai, egg rolls, and dumplings which were all good. They comped our meal to make up for the food that was to spicy for us to eat. The food smelled so good. The problem is I ordered zero spice and it was so hot my nose started running and I got the hiccups. My son ordered 2/5 which we were told was mild and his nose was running too. My eyes and lips were burning too. It just made it so unenjoyable. The dumplings were so good. The pad Thai was good and I should have ordered that. The curries were way too spicy for no spice. There are peppers with seeds in the curry. That’s like a no no when people don’t want spice!! There was a 45 minute wait and by the time I got my food and went to my hotel, 3 minutes away, they were closed and I couldn’t let them know they messed up two things in our order. If I could enjoy it I likely would have rated it way higher.
