Literally rudest guy I've ever dealt with. My girlfriend ran in to get us two iced coffees. One was half hazelnut, half vanilla, with cream and sugar, and one was hazelnut with cream. She got hers, (the more complex one) but it tasted extremely watery. Mine was made incorrectly. Mine was made hazelnut and vanilla with cream. She liked mine, so I let her keep it, and I took hers in to get remade for me (since hers was gross and I didn't get what I wanted, period). I go in, (there were no customers and the employees were standing around talking), and the blonde guy who made the drinks was so, horribly rude. He basically implied that it was my mistake, that my friend was drinking my drink. That he made them properly. He seemed really annoyed that he had to fix a mistake he'd made.
First of all, regardless if my friend was drinking my drink or her own, it was still made incorrectly so don't talk to me like I'm stupid and like I'm the one who made a mistake.
Second of all, I'm not cheap. Don't act like you "caught me" trying to get away with something sneaky. If that was my motive, I would have tried to get my money back. No. I kindly asked him to remake my coffee that had a sip taken out of it.
Even if I genuinely, accidentally switched the drinks, he could have been so much nicer about it, rather than shower me in his attitude and refusal that he made a mistake.
He remade my coffee, practically threw it at me, walked away before i could say thank you, and proceeded to talk poorly and complain about me to his co-workers... before I even walked away from the counter.
I'm just beside myself. I hope they hire friendlier, less...
Read moreThis is the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place, as someone who works in customer service at a coffee shop. I asked to redeem points for an item, was told that I couldn't use points, so I politely asked if I could change my order to something else. The older man who was serving me began to forcefully hit the buttons on the POS station, and bang the item scanner against the counter. He was muttering under his breath and visibly angry, out of nowhere. He changed the order without even asking me what new drink I wanted, and when I tried to describe what I wanted, he began speaking very aggressively and rudely to me, barking at me about getting the Dunkin App ready to scan. In between serving me he was talking to who I presumed to be a family member sitting at the tables by the POS. He used a perfectly fine tone of voice with his family member while continuing to be unnecessarily hurried and rude as hell to me. From other reviews here, it's evident that the people working here believe they are entitled to this location as a family and give zero shits about the customers, just making money and using the location for their family's convenience. There is no customer service skills, care for making correct orders, or being...
Read moreI don't know why I'm always treated poorly when I make my order. I've done nothing but be kind and nice and courteous to them. Yet they treat me as if i'm a bother to them when all I'm ordering is 2 donuts and a milk. They also never have the donuts that I want so I always have to get ones that I would rather not have. but today was the worst experience I've ever had there. I made my order, paid for it, waited for them to grab my donuts, and it literally took them five minutes to just turn around and grab 2 donuts. they stood there the whole time just talking amongst themselves and completely ignoring me. Sorry but I'm actually on my break and I need to get back to work something you 3 should be doing as well instead of talking. I wish they had friendlier staff instead of always being rude and acting like the customer is such a bother to them. corporate or whoever is in charge needs to fire these people or teach them...
