Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Vernon Hills

This location (Vernon Hills, IL) continously messes up the online order pick ups. The first time I ever ordered from here, they messed up my order. I contacted them and spoke to an older employee who was very dismissive even though i was very polite and explained they completely gave me the wrong sandwich. I ordered a regular chicken sandwhich and they gave me a completely different sandwich that was also spicy which we never ordered. I told them i could not drive back that day so i was advised i would receive a coupon in the mail for a free entree, which i never received. Again i placed another order and this time they gave me the right sandwich however we ordered NO pickles but they put pickles on the sandwich still. This location needs to work on being more accurate with their orders and when packing orders. I will not return to this location especially after being lied to that i would receive something in the mail. Also, i dont think it's okay for an employee to tell the customer "oh yeah, i know where youre at" after giving my address to receive a coupon. Now I feel like my address was asked for milliciousness since like i said, i never received the coupon for a free entree and this was well...

The manager Blanca lies, is disrespectful, and has zero managerial skills.

I am a food delivery driver. When I arrived, the order wasn't ready. No problem. The staff tell me they are wrapping it up.

A moment later I get a notification on my app saying the order is ready. I inquire, and Blanca says they are working on the shakes.

I try to explain to her that marking orders ready when they are not hurts the delivery drivers, because it looks like we are letting orders sit. We could lose ours job.

What did she do instead of apologizing, taking responsibility, and promising not to jeopardize people's livelihoods?

She put her hand in my face and told me to, "calm down."

1. For someone who is having their job endangered by sabotage, I was calm.

2. Not once has telling someone to, "calm down" been recommended in deescalating a situation.

If Blanca is marking orders as ready to pick up when they aren't, what else is she lying about to make herself look better on the ledgers? Is she manipulating other figures? Is she sending out food that is undercooked to meet her drive-thru targets? Are essential cleanliness protocols being skipped, endangering the health and safety of both customers and...

I went here and everything was okay when it came to the food, except for the service. First, the food was all accurate. Everything was still hot when it was given to me, and of course, it was fresh as well. Like usual, the food tasted delicious, like everything I got was the best and I cannot say anything more, but it was delicious and definitely worth it. Everything was fine in terms of food, but the service I received was so bad that even the most patient person would be irritated. First of all, the staff are not polite nor friendly. There was no hi or hello, it was like I was immediately asked for my order. Then, I said my orders and all, but the staff told me to wait because the food was not yet ready and sort of. I waited, but I did not expect that I would wait for like an hour. I was really frustrated and, at the same time, famished. I think if I did not ask the staff for my food after I waited, I would not be able to have it. I asked the staff, and I was really thankful that after it, I was able to get my food and eat it.
