Don't know exactly when they're open, but I've gone a few times just before 3am, and sometimes they're open, sometimes they're not. Today, again, they are not.
Update, 3 years later:
They at least have their correct hours on Google now, it seems, but still one star.
Here's my most recent interaction in the drive through:
Me: "Can I get a large orange soda, no ice?" (Waiting for them to type it in..)
Them: "Large soda no ice?" (Enters a large coke no ice into POS)
Me: "orange soda, not coke please" (waiting again)
Them: "orange soda, okay. Anything else?" (Enters large fanta, does not enter no ice)
Me: "no ice"
Them: (fixes it) "Anything else?"
Me: "And an M&m mcflurry"
Them: (enters an oreo mcflurry) "anything else?"
Me: (annoyed) "I'm sorry, M&m mcflurry, not oreo..."
Them: (fixes it) "anything else?"
Me: "no that's everything"
...... (i wait for them to say "pull forward" or "that'll be $ amount" .......... they don't say anything...)
I pull up to the first window, person starts talking to me but facing the register, not looking at me whatsoever. I wasn't even sure they were talking to me at first.
One time I asked for a certain slushee drink and they gave me the wrong one, so I politely asked for the one I wanted, and they gave me another wrong one. So I, again, asked for the one I wanted instead. Third time's the charm.
Listen, I work at another fast food place. I get it, it's hard work, sometimes grueling even. I'm patient, I'll never yell at anyone, but I also won't pay for something I don't want (especially with rising prices of everything). I have not had a single easy transaction at this location. Staff seems to be brand new 24/7 (new people every time I go, which isn't often). No other fast food place I visit has this issue. Read moreThey are cutting cost by cutting the cheese in HALF. Hopefully, they don't cut the MEAT in half later. This is my 5th time they cut the cheese. I felt I had to do this. They are doing this on purpose, especially on the Filet-O-Fish burger.

MARIA MUST BE FIRED!!! First of all, they should fire MARIA (She is manager and employee said she is the boss so she can do whatever) from Vernon Hills Location #10547.
I ordered 3 X 2 for $2. 1 Sausage McMuffin (Wife) 1 Sausage Biscuit (Myself) 4 Hash browns. (1 for Wife, 3 for myself) But, I got 3 hash browns total. So I went back and said I got only 3 hash browns and looked at the receipt, order was taken as 2 X 2 for $2 and the last item was $1.85. So I asked MARIA if I can get one more hashbrown as I ordered and paid the difference of $0.15 because that would have been the price I would have paid more if they took the order correctly and ordered it as the 2 for $2 because I already had paid $1.85 for the first item. She said NO. That's order was finished. I asked can't you void that order and restart the order from scratch and correct the mistake? She said NO. If you want 1 more hash brown, you must pay $2.11 or two hash browns for $2.11... Yes, same $2.11 for either 1 or 2 has browns... MARIA was VERY RUDE, AND SHOULD BE FIRED. There are people who are warm, competent, caring, courteous that would love to work. No person like MARIA should ever work anywhere. Waste of...

went to McDonald's in Vernon Hills for lunch today...
spent $13.85.... for lunch today.
ordered ice tea,
First: they charge more for tea than the other McDonald's ...okay I can deal with that...a quarter ain't going to bankrupt me...
I asked for light ice and they filled the cup with ice... got a couple of ounces of tea....
Second: went back up for a second cheeseburger and a refill, asked really really nice "no more ice please"... must of been speaking Russian or something she filled the cup with ice and then tea...a couple more ounces...
Third... this is a first for me.... still thirsty went back up to get a refill... she takes the cup starts to walk to the back, stops turn around and says no more refills. REALLY....after spending $13 a couple more ounces of tea will bankrupt the company!
Now I'm not a ranting fanatical, I am a loyal customer that has gotten fed up with this particular McDonald's.... if you check my Loyalty Account I currently have over 38 thousand points, not to mention the ones I've spent over the program so I'm not first time customer.
If McDonalds does secret consumer checks maybe they should check this place out...
For me and my money we will go elsewhere...
