Green Life Market — Restaurant in Vernon Township

I've shopped this location/business on a regular basis now and quite honestly find the staff to be rude and unprofessional. Often I will inquire if a product is being restocked when they don't have it on the shelves and most of the time I do not get a straight answer. It's a simple question with a simple answer; yes we can, or no we cannot get it in. Each time I made a purchase, my groceries were put into a bag. Today I went in, purchased $30 worth of products and was told I would not get a bag. When I asked why, the owner Dany responded in the most rudest and unprofessional tone stating he was not paying for bags and that they were too expensive. As a business owner Dan, I would've keep that thought to yourself. As a customer I didn't need to hear of your financial woes and why I would not receive a bag going forward; best kept to yourself. Dan and Dani are the owners of Healthy Thymes and nicer people you will not find.The manager Jennifer is very knowledgeable and has helped me quite a few times navigate the myriad of supplements to make sure I am taking the correct formulation or amount. She has also recommended new products that I would not have found without her help.They order supplements directly from the manufacturer so they have genuine products with good expiration dates that can not always be taken for granted,especially when ordering from Amazon.They have a very nice selection of groceries as well as a kombucha bar which is awesome. Love their healthy selections of food, drinks and supplements as well as a small selection of household items. Not sure if they have had some crime issues in recent days, but if so, I suggest they get a better camera system as my last two trips felt like I was being followed in the store. Both times I had quick visits and each time the sales person was quickly by my side but not asking if I needed any help. I will continue returning to this store, it's that great.
