Customer service here isn't the best. I'm very disappointed with my experience and of course with the company in general. I ordered all my kids costumes, one I did a curbside pick up at this location since it was only in stock at this location. Tell me why I went 5 days without hearing anything about my order, I finally called with the fear I may have missed my email and I might miss my window to pickup causing it to be put back on the shelf. The first girl I talked to seemed like she didn't want to help me, I was super nice!!! I work retail, I know how it can be, she ended up getting a manager to help which by his tone seemed like he was ready to help someone difficult, his tone quickly changed when I think he realized I was actually nice! My issue is that they couldn't find my order, he finally found it after quite some time and it just came up as "not fulfilled" not "order canceled" not " item not in stock" , if they would have completed the process and the item wasn't in stock, I would have been notified and I would have been given a refund. I told the manager I wasn't notified about anything, regardless. (Which I wasn't, I ended up doing a search on my email) He said "well then you can dispute it with your bank." Me being in retail, knowing the ins and outs of how it works I checked my account, it's been 5 days since my order, my refund should be there... nope. Finally called corporate to have them look into my order. Long story short, MY REFUND WASN'T ISSUED UNTIL TODAY... BECAUSE MY ORDER WAS BARLEY CANCELED TODAY... THIS AFTERNOON...AFTER I CALLED!!!!! That means they took my money, paused my order, SOLD my sons costume that I already payed for and was going to keep the money. Ummm last I checked thats considered stealing. AND on top of that corporate was like "um well you have a refund, its been issued today sooooooo...", which is crazy!!!! I never would have gotten my money if I wouldn't have called. There needs to be accountability. I feel it is necessary for me to write a review so others who want to do a same day pickup are aware, if you don't get an email saying your order is ready, or not in a timely manner call. Don't assume the email must be one of the 30 you get daily, check! Stay on top of it. And also for the manager and employee's to "hopefully" see this and "want" to get better, not saying they will or will want to. I'm mostly upset at the fact that the manager probably saw the order was paused and tried to play it off, because corporate was able to pull up my order and tell me everything. You simply could have just admitted there was a mistake made and tried to make it right in the moment, not leading me a wild goose chase...

We needed 40 balloons for a ballon release for my cousins 10th birthday who unfortunately passed away... the worker told us that we could only get 12 balloons! She said that they had to save the helium for other people who may want it for their parties! What kind of joke is that! We were paying customers who needed balloons and wanted to purchase balloons! The worker had the nastiest attitude, was extremely rude, even ended up running and leaving the counter unattended to go cry in the back room! The manager and one other worker had to drop what they were doing to finish helping us. We were told by the origin lady who was rude that they could only sell 12 balloons to one household and that we would have to be in separate households to purchase more balloons. We proceeded to tell her that we had 4 separate families in the store who did not live in the same household and wanted to each purchase 12 balloons and she again said no. We then turned to the people in line and asked them if they would buy 12 balloons for us and we would buy them off of her and the worker said no to that as well! We then told to her to help the people on line instead of making them stand and watch our disagreement being had and the worker whined about how there were helium tanks blocking the register she wanted to use which was 1 register out of 5 that this store has! She made a huge deal out of nothing called the cops because we wanted balloons and left her coworkers to fix a mess that she created! Me and my family will not purchase balloons or anything else from this franchise ever again! The manager then told us that it has nothing to do with households and that you only get 12 balloons per party as in like a birthday party! You only get 12 balloons for a bday party wow! The manager did solve the issue and was extremely calm with us speaking to him about the issue even while the rude employee was whining to him through his ear piece that he had to keep taking out to...

Upon arrival, you are welcomed by an ever so friendly and helpful greeter who can answer questions and give guidance to items available on the shelves. We needed balloons inflated and Party City has a whole balloons services department which was definitely above par. The offered standard helium gas which last upto approximately 6 hours and for an extra fee they provide a balloon booster which extends the balloon inflation upto approximately 10 hours as well as an assortment of colorful ribbon and weights to help secure your order from flying away out of your hands.
Although the store was busy, Party City was fully staff which alleviated long lines. Once we paid for the balloon inflation services, It took less than 5 minutes to complete the order. Before you walk outside, wrap those balloons tightly around hand and hold on tight to secure delivery to their destination. Take it from my experience. On a windy, one still got away....
