Absolute horrible experience been coming here for over 3 years and never have we been treated with no compassion and understanding for our concerns! I was there with a family of 12 to celebrate a family friends birthday. 8 of our plates were serve WRONG all our order was mixed up our server was Patricia just continued to give our plates to us along with a man server and not listing that the food on the plate were wrong! To not make any big huge deal everyone on the table was swapping our sides 0r our steaks amongst each other, to correct our order!!!!!!! Not once an apology or we let correct it, because she was to busy not to acknowledge our concern. My daughter asked for medium rare steak and received it raw not once but THREE TIMES!! Now this is 35 mins in and she still has not received her plate! Everyone had finished eating the food and still no dinner for her. I finally asked to speak with the manager Leonard whom I voiced my concerns and he said he will Take care of it, 5 min later came back still raw!! He did not ever apologized or offered to give her some food while she waited for her steak! Finally the fourth plate was fine. All of our steaks were either under cooked or over cooked and fried burnt on the outer side and the side dishes were just barley warm. I have asked to speak with manager again alone away from the guest and our table and he did. I told him everything that was wrong and how unhappy and disturbed we felt about the situation at hand all he can say to me was, I won’t charge you for 1 Plate! But Why would he if my daughter never got her food on time nor did she eat with the family! I am Baffled and appalled on how it was handle. All the screw ups and the Negligence on there part! He still had the. Audacity to tell me what I can’t take another dish off your bill! I asked for owner Name and number or email and I was told It is self owned not a corporate number for complains or email, but I can call when I am able to reach the owner or Tim! He Never took my name down or number to have either of these people call me . But this man Leonard Customer Service is poor and a disgrace to this Company and what it stands for. Read moreThis place has a great atmosphere and country feel and hometown feeling. However, Kimberly are waitress, was very rude and would almost ignore us whenever we wanted anything. And I ordered the rib eye medium rare and they brought me out a sirloin that was well done and I told them hey, this is well done and way overcooked and this isn't even a ribeye at all. And then she continued to argue with me to tell me that this is definitely a rib eye, but I can easily tell the difference between a ribeye and a sirloin that was very grainy and non-marbled. This is how I knew that it was the wrong cut. However, they did take it back and make me another one. However, everyone had finished eating and was ready for the check before my new steak came out and when they brought out the steak this time not only was it still overcooked it was also the wrong cut again so I decided to go ahead and eat it. I was not offered a discount or anything like that and the lady that charged the bill. I had asked for a split check because I was with a large party and would like to have my bill on separate. She handed me my bill and then added my bill to the group one as well and was almost double charged for a steak that wasn't even any good and was cooked improperly and was of the wrong cut. I'm highly disappointed with the service here, however the beer was really good. That's about it. I've had good experiences here before but that was before the pandemic. I have a feeling that they were probably just out of rib eye and we're serving sirloin as though it was rib eye at a marked up rate which I find very terrible. Read moreWalked in 5/15/21 and was greeted nicely by the reception area. Our party of 4 was waiting to be called and we sat at the bar to have a drink while we waited. After 15 minutes the "manager" named "Tim" literally came rushing over.. He was sweaty, disheveled, his shirt was soiled and he began rudely saying that we can not sit there without his "permission" and that we needed to leave the bar area immediately because the bartender was extremely overwhelmed and could not handle all the customers. I was shocked and I explained to him that we were already on the waiting list and he kept going on and on how no one wants to work, and they had no staff and 3 people walked out on him after a day.. I literally thought he was going to have a stroke. He was extremely unprofessional, rude and not what I expected from all the reviews I read on the food. We were going there to celebrate our engagement and I could not believe the treatment we received. Never did I expect such poor customer service from the manager at that. We immediately walked out and went to another place where they value their customers and celebrated our engagement.
