So first off the food was good by taste but the service was terrible we show up they say it will be a 30 min wait and it was less so great start we sit down and order for are youngest kids so they can get there's first and put in are drink orders we order are food and about 10 mins after that another table sits down next to us the kids food comes out quickly and they eat all there food 30 mins after there food come out the waiter tells us he is sorry for the wait and ask if we would like a saled to hold us over for the wait I decline my wife ask for a house sales I ask for a refill on my beer and for a refill on soda for my daughter my beer comes out quick and I thought it was weird it came out before her soda but thought o well food should be here soon by this point the table that sat down after we ordered got there food and where eating 20 mins go by and he finally brings my wife a Cesar salad at this point I tell them to just let me pay for what I've had and I'm going to leave we have been waiting for an hr and a half at this point not counting waiting to be seated they assure me the food is coming right out and that they are going to try to make it up.to us at this point we are starving so I say fine food comes out my burger is over cooked and cold my wife's steak is cold and my oldest daughters side is wrong but we don't care there hungry and dig in the flavor of the food was fantastic then my daughter points out to me that she still had not got her refill I had already finished my refill and had to walk to the bar to get hers from the bartender we sat down just before 7 and it was 9 pm before we left they said they where going to comp the bill some and bring a gift certificate for all the issues when the bill had came out we had to send it back because they where try to charge us for the free salad they came and offered for the long wait any one of the issues I would not mind but even after the management got involved they continued to have more problems the table that had sat down after we ordered had already left before we got are food so it didn't happen just because they where really busy I do not believe we will be back to this miller's I've been to many others and have never had a problem until coming to this one...
Read moreBeing the store is newly opened this has been our 3rd visit. We understand that a lot of learning is going on so I’m not giving a bad rate or a good rate on service or food. The wait staff workers are very friendly and are doing their best as far as getting food from kitchen or drinks from bartenders. The kitchen is a bit slow as I was sitting near the kitchen watching as my meal came up and was placed under the warmer lights. I watched for a good 20 min (and I am not exaggerating on that time) for 20 min I watched as my plate with a burger and fries was moved down the line from the left to the right and the waitress came to tell us our food is up next, I said i sure hope that is not my meal that I have watched move down the line, because if it is, I want it hot off the grill. Sure enough, it was my meal being slid down the line, she came back to tell me a new meal was being prepped and out very soon. 40 minuets after ordering our meal came. Mine was hot my husbands was cold… he didn’t complain as it would have been another 20-30 min for a new meal. So he ate what he could
I will say that the hostesses are very friendly… I really have a pet peeve with any restaurant and Millers Ale house asks this all the time…here is the question that just doesn’t make sense… “ What is a GOOD name ?” I mean is there a bad name? Then what is a GOOD PHONE NUMBER?” A good phone number is one that works! Can the hostess just say

Read moreI have been there 4 times since it opened. The cost is moderate in today's cost for dinner's out. I have had something different each time. It is moderate..not the worst but not the best I've eaten in this area. I haven't liked enough of anything to reorder it. Everytime we go, I say I'm not hurrying back here. It is ok, but not my favorite food place. Atmosphere is a family bar with lots of tvs around the ceiling. Noise is not loud, but area is open but has a ceiling noise buffing material. Which helps noise level. Not as loud as the new Ford's Resturant in Viera. They only give 1 military discount even if only one given on each bill. So ask for seperate bills if both diners are retired or active military. If you haven't visited, I would suggest you go once and make your own 1st experience rate. Pros: Clean area, friendly servers and management. Cons: Your food maybe served one person at a time, or one potion of your meal with another part served later; such as..my husband got his prime rib on a plate by itself and a little bit later the bake potatoe was brought on a second dish. Another person at our table got his full order on one plate in one serving. But not all the diners (4 of us) at our table got their plates/food served at the same time as a group. Two diners at our table was not completely served their meal at one time, but brought server items seperately (like meat without potatoe or soup then salad and the her meal came after everyone else was eating.
