Ordered via the mobile app on my way to work, like I always do. I arrived at the drive thru and they tried to hand me someone else’s order so I informed them it was not my order and gave them the name on my order again. The girl working the drive thru line just stared at me and said nothing so I repeated it. She just shook her head and said they didn’t have the order. I pulled it up on my app and showed her that the order had been placed 10 minutes prior. She just shook her head again so I placed the order for a second time. She got someone who I am assuming is a manager, who refused to listen to anything I had to say and would not even stand at the window to speak with me. She demanded to see my bank account to show I was charged but would not even lean out the window to look so I didn’t even bother. I will be disputing the charges with my bank. I highly suggest not to order ahead at this location. On top of that, the customer service was appalling and enough to make me never want to return on top of being hungry going...

WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!
Went to buy ice cream for my son, when attempting to pay, their machine showed an ERROR msg. After the lady swiped my card approximately 10 times… the card was now showing declined (even when I KNEW) there was certainly money on the card.
The lady (ANITA is her name supposedly, the owner's WIFE) behind the counter began to get really nasty with me in front of my son and went on to tell me “YOU DONT HAVE ANY MONEY IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!”
I was appalled that someone who has ZERO access to my bank card could accuse me of such. Ghetto, and unprofessional to say the least.
Fast forward: I go to my bank the next day and they informed me that my card had been swiped TOO MANY TIMES and was BLOCKED TO PREVENT SUSPECTED FRAUD.
So to the lady, that assumed the worse…. Shame on YOU AND YOUR RAGGEDY POS SYSTEM! Your MACHINE was the issue that day, which means you were a moron for NO good...
