We were in town for the weekend and ordered a small pizza, a grilled chicken salad, and an order of French fries to be delivered to our hotel room. The total was $44.00 for these items. I initially thought this was high. The food that we received was not even edible. The salad did not come with any dressing and came with the chicken pictured wrapped in tin foil. I think the photo speaks for itself regarding the quality of the chicken. The pizza was just disgusting. I truly believe the terrible taste came from spoiled meat toppings. After taking a few bites of the food we all immediately decided we couldn’t even eat it. Other than the French fries, the fries were decent and edible. I am really not one to complain. I cannot recall a single time I’ve called a restaurant or complained while dining in anywhere. However, this was on a completely different level of disgusting. I called them simply to share how poor the food was and I did so in a respectful manor. I started the conversation by telling them I did not want a refund nor did I want any food for free. I was just calling to share my thoughts on the quality of our “dinner”. The manager insisted the driver come back and get the food. Well our experience with this place only got worse when the driver came back. He was extremely rude. Grabbed the chicken and pealed it open telling me it was all fresh ingredients. My 2 year old was also standing at the door with me as I was talking to the driver. He proceeded to ask my toddler if the pizza was good, I naturally answered for my child and said “he would not eat it”. The driver then barked at me saying “I was not talking to you, he can answer for himself”, referring to my toddler son. So long story short. Disgusting food, terrible service, and over priced.

If you’re from the NY or NJ area than you already know what good pizza is! I’ve tried so many pizza places in VA Beach/Norfolk and nothing has even come close to NJ pizza back home until I decided to give 204 Pizza a try! A few locals told me this was the BEST in VA Beach so of course I had to taste for myself. I will be honest I have high pizza expectations and I was blown away after trying their pizza. It was absolutely delicious and I loved the fact it was not greasy. As soon as I arrived I felt like I was back home, it even smells like a typical NJ pizzeria, the staff is super friendly and you can tell they take care of their customers! Thank you for making my NJ pizza dreams come true, I can't wait to bring my husband here!

Pizza firstly was delicious. Thin, crisp, and molten hot. The owner hand stretches the dough right in front of you, so you know this is fresh; and he'll pull it out of the oven and hand it straight to you. The basil? Pulled from a bag whole, then freshly chopped just before being sprinkled on, so you could smell the aroma from the table next to the counter. The final product? Delicious, crispy, and bursting with flavor. Anyone who says it's burnt is too used to the doughy chain pizzas. Look at that thin golden crust! Owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Staff was polite. No complaints. If I lived here, I'd be a regular. Order a prefix, because getting a custom can be expensive. But this place is amazing.

First and last time I eat at this place. Horrible service, wanted to charge me $4.99 for a side of fries, almost the same price as my sub (I kept asking the cashier why the bill was so high, he wouldn't say, he just said he could give me a paper receipt. When I saw the fries price I asked him why the price of a side of fries was almost as much as the sub and he said because it was a lot of fries, I asked for a side, if all they had was an appetizer side, he should have said so before I ordered). My sub had hardly anything on it, I basically paid for bread. My daughter's pizza was so greasy that it dripped down her arm. No clue why this place has any positive reviews. We will never come back, overpriced nasty food. Told the man making the food how bad it was and brought in the half of the sandwich I didn't eat to show him why it was pathetic that there was hardly anything on the sandwhich and that it tasted horrible and the man didn't care, just said "I am sorry", and nothing more, he didn't even look at the sandwich or come around from the cooking area where he was to speak with me (I was where you pay). A person who cares about their business wouldn't treat a customer like that and would want to know what was wrong and how to make it right, he could have cared less. Wish I could figure out how to add a photo of this sandwich, I ate half because I was hungry and felt there wasn't a chance in hell of a refund. I regret eating the half since it has left me with...

I stumbled across this place around 12:30 AM Monday morning, after a late-night concert in Norfolk, once I made my way back to my hotel in Va Beach, in search for food. I already had pizza on my mind, but was thinking I'd only be lucky enough to find a McDonald's (yuck) open as I drove down Atlantic Avenue. As I almost drove past 22nd Street I saw a sign that said "Pizza" and it was lit. Inside lights were on, and I thought surely someone forgot to turn their sign off. As I approached closer the place was actually open. I jotted inside and placed an order for a 14" pizza. I know I was hungry, but let me tell you-- the pizza was delicious and quick. The guy that took my order and the guy making the pizza were both really friendly and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I still can imagine the taste of that pizza here a few days later and wish I lived in the area so I could enjoy this place's pizza on some sort of a basis. I'll definitely be back though, next time I'm...
