This is the second time I have parked, walked in, and asked for a 5 pk of fresh chicken nuggets and a small chicken noodle soup. Right after I received my change, my food was handed in a bag. They did not ask if I was going to dine-in... I asked them if my nuggets were straight from the grease and was assured they were. NOPE, THEY WERE WARM, BUT NOT HOT! As much as one pays for fast food or just food in general, we should receive what we ask for even if we have to wait. I have no problem with that! It's the fact that they looked me in the face and said they just came up. Came up from the hot box, but not the grease! If you want my business, you must earn it, and please do not lie to my face when you know that they didn't! The Mgr was quick to take my bag and place it in the trash and said it would be a few minutes. I waited and received what I paid for, but as far as an apology or saying something to me about their mess up, silence was what I received! When I finally got handed the bag, I didn't receive the sauce that I asked for for the nuggets. The Mgr. was irritated and placed two in the bag as if I was wrong for asking! No, thank you, come again, he just went to a young lady that was on her phone, and they continued their conversation. GET IT TOGETHER, CHICK-FIL-A! You may be the only place that serves REAL chicken, but that does not mean that an Ole lady like myself will not go back! AND IT IS WORD OF MOUTH THAT WILL GIVE OR TAKE BUSINESS FROM YOU! The younger generation is so intrigued with what is on their phones that they have forgotten what they are supposed to do, and that is CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR JOB! Read moreI ordered my breakfast through the mobile app at approximately 10:15. As I approached the restaurant at 10:26, I was unable to select 'I am here'.. When I got there I joined the line as instructed to do. By 10:28 my app said my order was canceled. My husband went in to inquire and was told breakfast was over and order was canceled. As he tried to gain clarity the manager walked away from him. There was 1 other customer that ordered breakfast and got it as my husband was trying to figure out where our breakfast was. I went in for clarity as my husband was frustrated and the other manager was rude! He actually told me I had to be there before 10:30 and I explained I was but due to the long line he would not have known. He then said we never had your order and talked over me. There were 2 rude managers there that day. There was no apology and no valid explanation for my order being canceled. I was there and I have No Control over their long drive thru line. I opted to go inside in an effort to be helpful and instead was disappointed and disrespected. It is rare that I give negative reviews, however this particular location has been going downhill. This happened Saturday with breakfast. The same week on Thursday there was a team member who made my frosted coffee watery. It was too much coffee and not enough ice cream. I asked if she could make it over and she rolled her eyes and almost spilled it as she took it away. She came back and there was so much less in the cup where she poured out the liquid and added more ice cream, I requested a refund. She never apologized and she was rude about it. Read moreI am a doordash driver, and I have to say this was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant during my time delivering. Every chick fil a store that i have picked up from had a system that worked and minimized the time it takes to get food so it can be delivered swiftly. This store did not. At this chick fil a, not a single employee was helpful or respectful ( and I conversed with 4 ) which is surprising for the chick fil a franchise. I was told to wait in the drive through ( which dashers are not supposed to do because of the extra time ) which added a good 20 minutes to my trip. Because of this, neither my pickup time or delivery time was met. Not only does a delivery driver going through drive through cause the delivery to be late, but it also adds to the already long line in a city chick fil a during lunch. The food was clearly ready for a long time by the time I got to the window as it was cold. This store interfered with my time which not only affects my pay, but also the customer which is now forced to receive cold food and I am the one who will receive a complaint about it, not the store. During my wait, I overheard the manager talking to an employee about blocking certain doordash drivers from picking up from that store as they did not realize I was in my car next to them with the windows down. I was not being disrespectful, I was simply asking for help and no employee seemed to know what was going on or they did not care. The only apology I received was a snarky “apologies” as I finally drive away.
