Someone dropped me off some lunch from this Jason's and it was supposed to be a veggie sandwich. What I got was a "sandwich" piled high with RAW spinach. Nothing else. Two peices of bread with RAW spinach. I called the manager and he didn't seem to care at all and told me that was indeed the veggie wrap made into a sandwich. He wanted the person who got it to bring it back. They were gone and I was still working... and very hungry. I said, your veggie wrap has ONLY raw spinach?? Really??? After silence, he said let me take your name down to be sure they make it right next time. Not hey, your work is literally across the street (which i had mentioned) let me have someone get you the right one right away. Not hey, let me take your info down and comp you the correct sandwich next time. He was just blowing me off. This is particularly sad because my work, at town center, we have a huge staff and order food often and cater too. And being vegan, Jason's had far more fresh options for me, but they have messed up SO MANY of our orders (which happens and none of us are rude or angry about it) but they get short with us ANY time they mess up and don't try to help. Jimmy John's, right here, is friendly and very professional, delivers to us FREE all the time and caters our meetings and we spend a TON with them. All I really wanted was them to care to fix their mistake. I work in retail, I know how difficult customers can be and how busy town center gets, but that sandwich was a joke and half made me feel like the person who ordered it for me told them I'm vegan and someone didn't like that and made me a huge raw spinach sandwich. I essentially told everyone at my work and they were truly shocked by the sandwich, because it was indeed piled ridiculously high with a bag of spinach. Then they all began to commiserate on their bad experiences there and we all agreed to no longer give...
Read moreMy office ordered lunch delivery on 4/1/19. Two of us ordered the lean green sweet potato and that evening both of us started suffering from terrible stomach cramps, along with other signs of food poisoning. I missed work on Tuesday because I was too ill to get out of bed. On Wednesday, when I was well enough, I contacted Jason's Deli corporate to inform them of the issue. Corporate is a joke! I got the runaround and NO ONE worked to resolve the problem. That evening I called the store and spoke with Justin. He sent me an incident report to complete and hand-delivered two $10 gift cards to my office. I was contacted this morning by Travelers Insurance (Jason's Deli Insurance Company) and was told no other action would be taken without proof of food poisoning. It is obvious my co-worker and I contracted it from our lunch and we both missed a full day of work without pay because of it. I don't think $20 in gift cards even begins to rectify the situation. I really don't think it was too much to ask for missed wages from the 8 hours I missed from work. Way to take care of your customers Jason's Deli! Get them very ill and then do nothing about it! You have lost a customer for life. FYI: My office orders lunch at least once a week and I will make sure we never order it from...
Read moreWe usually order the original Reuben - a pretty good sandwich. The sandwich is served warm and loaded with sliced meat, sauerkraut and some cheese. Personally, I'd appreciate additional melted cheese included in the standard sandwich, as the amount currently served disappears in the mound of meat (corned beef or pastrami) stacked atop it. The only "complaint" about the sandwich is that the bottom of the sandwich bread tends to become a bit soggy during the several miles' trip back home from Jason's drive-thru pickup window. We note that Jason's advertises a kosher pickle comes with the sandwich, but the last three times we've ordered there, the pickles have been missing (total of 6 pickles overall)! When we ask for the pickles, the drive-thru clerk's standard response is "we ran out." I would appreciate if you didn't advertise that a pickle is included with the sandwich, as you haven't been able to provide it! Perhaps Jason's could lower the sandwich's price some b/c of the missing kosher pickles? - especially, as we noticed the price has crept up again (now $16.27 after added...
