I don't usually complain, but I called headquarters to make them aware of a few problems they are probably partially aware of. But surely the problem won't be resolved. I went to this McDonald's on Saturday night 9/25/21 around 11:30pm, due to the long line I decided to use the app. (Unaware that they weren't allowed to bring the food after 11.) My order went through and I sat to wait, 10 minutes later I notice an employee waving to me in my rear view mirror. Unsure where to go, I back out and try to see if I can see where she's directing me, instead she walked away back to her work area. So I assumed she wanted me to get in line, considering the line was backed up near Jefferson blvd. I was frustrated and decided I would leave and get a refund considering the food wouldn't be fresh. My father insisted we get in line and grab the food. So I got back in the drive through line and 30 mins from placing my order I finally made It to the speaker. Told the man working I placed my order 30 mins prior, he told me to move to the 2nd window. By the time I got to the second window it had been 45 mins since placing my order. I told the women in the window that I placed a curbside order 45 mins prior and she said to another employee "see (insert name) i told you" so I assumed that my food was trashed. I received my drinks and food. Prior to receiving my food, I could hear a bunch of laughing coming from inside. Seconds later my food came out. I pulled off and parked to eat, the fries were fresh. The burgers were cold, quarter meat is supposed to be cooked fresh to order. I used to work for McDonald's and I can only assume that the burgers were pulled from the waste bins and given to me. As I was parked eating, I see one of the employees exit the building to go to their car. The only reason I didn't bother asking for fresh food is because I've seen the things employees do to peoples food and I didn't want that to be me. Once again, I have complained to headquarters and all they could say was they were sorry and maybe the general manager or manager on that shift would be giving me a message. No certainty. But I will be doing my best to avoid this McDonald's, I suggest others...
Read moreManagement problem. Exactly 47 minutes in drive through, no exaggeration. Building looked new & fresh so we stopped on our way home from Bush Gardens. Line was moving slow & uneven. Sign suggested ordering through app to speed up service & so I did... and paid. Just give code at speaker. I wish I had not ordered & paid. I should have just left. It took another 10 minutes after ordering to get to the speaker box. No one ever came on. Meanwhile 3 cars get helped in the other lane so I just pulled to get in line at the window. When I get to the window, the woman is clearly exasperated. I said "Hi I'm just picking up order #XYZ, something might be wrong with your speaker because no one ever came on" & she says "yeah well that's because no one here comes to work, I'm running both windows & I cant help everyone" I wasn't sure if I should feel sorry for her or be shocked she would tell a customer that. Where was the manager? Or the owner, helping their people through what was clearly a tough shift for everyone in that building because I could hear customers yelling about the slow service. People were screeching out of the parking lot mad. And the poor delivery drivers... they locked the front doors so no one could come in & the drive through lines were standing still. The delivery drivers could not get food. Meanwhile we did get hot fresh food but it took exactly 47 minutes from the time we pulled in to the time we exited. I wasted so much gas & time in that line, I would never go back. Based on the other recent reviews & management or ownerships lack of response, its clearly a problem from the top down. Read moreI ordered my food, and it came out pipping hot! I will say that if you are really hungry, do not try their $5 meal with the McDouble. The meal comes in all small sizes, and be prepared to pay extra for sauce with your chicken nuggets. I opted for no sauce because I got ketchup for my fries. The small fry was half empty, and I was given unsweetened tea when I specifically asked for sweetened. When I finished, I was still hungry, and it was extremely hot outside. I used my reward points and ordered a Mocha Frappuccino. It took 12 minutes to get it, and the associate brought me Caramel instead of Mocha. I had to go stand in line, get someone's attention, finally I asked if they were out of Mocha and she said no. I said, "Here is my receipt. I ordered Mocha but received Caramel." The man who made it for me and brought it to me was not all there. I stood at the counter and explained what had happened. He looked at me dumbfounded, stood there, and then said, "Give me a minute." He then comes back, and I'm still standing there, and he asks for the one I had in my hand. I gave it to him, and he stood there looking at it for a good 2 minutes. A female associate came back about 5 minutes later and handed me the correct Mocha...
