Hi, I would just like to say this is my 2nd time coming to this mcdonald’s and I am in shock on how they treat their customers. Especially the managers, specifically Sonia. The first time I came I had ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie and a small fry, when I got to the window they handed me a strawberry and banana shake, Miss Sonia came up to me and asked me for the receipt and she said I was charged for a shake not a smoothie and i said i specifically said i wanted a smoothie not a shake and i was willing to pay the difference and she refused and got mad at me and asked me if i spoke spanish as if i didn’t understand what she was saying to me. i have many years of experience in fast food and customer service and one thing i’ve learned is to always treat customers with respect and that the customer is always right. Second time i come to mcdonald’s she yells at my mom about not asking for sauce at the speaker and when she handed my mom the sauce she said “take it” and sarcastically told us to have a great day. Sonia if your reading this, go train at chick fil a to learn more what real customer service looks like.
