I've eaten here three times now, only because I work next door and it's very convenient. Every time I've eaten here, the food has been AGGRESSIVELY subpar. Nothing is EVER seasoned, just a little salt and pepper would do WONDERS for the food here. -The first time I ate here, we carried out a large pizza and a large order of wings. The wings were actually pretty incredible - the sauce was given to us on the side so they were still very crispy and actually pretty good, but the pizza was completely flavourless and bland. The crust was also raw towards the center. The pizza ended up getting thrown away. -The second time I ate here, I dined in and had a grilled chicken Greek salad. The salad was HUGE, but there was barely any lettuce on it, the rest of it was massive chunks of raw veggies, which would never fit into any normal person's mouth. The chicken was grilled nicely, but once again completely and utterly bland. No seasoning whatsoever. At least the dressing was pretty good?? But the waitress who brought it to me made even the dressing seem awful, she was terse and spiteful, and I had to ask her three times for silverware, which I eventually had to go up and ask for at the register. -Today, I placed my order on the website so I could walk over, pick it up, and walk back. I ordered the Italian Cold Cut sub, which is advertised to have "Ham, salami, capicola, onions, sweet peppers & cheese." What I got was a massive slab of the most basic, cheap, and flavourless ham I've ever seen. There were two slices of salami, and not one spec of capicola to be seen ANYWHERE. No sweet peppers either. And again, you guessed it, absolutely unseasoned. Why are these people so afraid of salt and pepper??
I'd like to say I'll never go back, but I frequently need a quick lunch solution and believe it or not, I get pretty tired of Taco Bell sometimes. They certainly don't deserve my...
Read moreSame staff, different name, worst experience. I had been coming here for years. In March, I ordered 3 chicken subs combos. I made the mistake of not checking them before I took my hour drive home. Of course when I got home, all three were steak. This has happened before while being a dine in customer and I let it go. So I called and explained what I ordered, the owner said to bring them back. I explained that I was an hour away and was told to come in when I came back. I was told that he would take my name and the amount and keep it for when I returned and give me a credit. Ok April is here and I'm back in the area so, I called before going to see if it's ok to use my credit. The owner says he doesn't remember, he doesn't have any information written down and that he checked his debit transaction and doesn't see where my card was used there in March. Now I'm looking at the transaction posted on my account as I'm talking to him but, I wasn't a customer that day. Now if I decide to dispute the transaction since I wasn't a customer, I'm sure he would say something totally. He didn't honor his word and March was my last visit. Note to others check your food because, you probably won't get what your ordered and they won't fix it. They also don't value you as a customer. Good riddance Mike's. At this rate, you'll need to change...
Read moreWhen this was Apollo’s I loved it. The hostess/waitress is the sole reason I’m never going back. The food is great. But what I can’t stand is for a server to treat me as though I’m inconveniencing you by giving you my money. When the pandemic hit I was chocking it up to the stress of the world we live in. A few times after that she was unpleasant at best. I went back New Years Eve and she threw menus on the table, walked back to the register and just leaned there doing nothing. We weren’t excited she was still there but said oh well. I saw one other waitress running around but after sitting there for over 15 minutes and her getting orders for people coming in after us when we were never even greeted for drink orders we just walked out. I’ll miss those steak subs, but they aren’t the only place in town for a decent sub. I’m not even close to being a Karen and it takes a lot to truly annoy me, but this lady really takes the cake. I’ve been treated better at a Waffle House at...
